This two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom home has room for up to five guests. The first bedroom is perfectly suited for a family unit or siblings to share with a double bed (and a twin roll-away bed in the closet), plus a lounge chair for reading and a small TV. The second room has a queen bed for a couple looking for a bit of privacy. This condo also comes with a washer/dryer for convenience.

Drive seven miles to Marble Falls for a day of dirt biking and Jeep-riding at Hidden Falls Adventure Park. After playing about in the dirt, grab a beer and a burger at the Double Horn Brewing Company, or a slice of pie at the Bluebonnet Cafe.

Old, stained carpets, very outdated appliances, and stained pillows! It worked but defiantly would not stay again.

We enjoyed are stay at Hi There. The area is very safe and we enjoyed our morning walks. In the evening we took advantage of the lake views. The beds were comfortable and all the bedding was new. The bathrooms had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped but heads up the oven is 50 degrees off so our first breakfast was late!! (400 on the dial is an internal 350)
I was concerned about the cleanliness of the apartment after reading some of the other reviews, but it wasn't a problem after I saw it for myself. They should probably replace the carpet at some point, but it won't stop me from renting this space in the future.
Jaynelle was available to me each time I needed help and made our stay just that much better.

The location and the view is ideal. Location is just minutes from the Resort/lake and seems to be in a pretty safe area. But inside the Condo it was like going back into the 70's. Furniture and decor was very old. The walls were extremely filthy. Towels, bedding, pillows were old and were much in the need of having to be replaced. Upgrades definitely needed, starting with the basic necessities that shouldn't have been in the condition that they were in (towels, bedding, pillows, etc. ).
