When you return home, you can snack on takeout dumplings outside on the balcony, use the WiFi to make dinner reservations, or curl up to watch a DVD or cable show on the flatscreen TV.

With two bedrooms and one full bathroom, this Seattle condo will accommodate six guests (including a maximum of four adults). Both the spacious master bedroom and the guest room feature a queen-size bed, and the two rooms share a large, elegant bathroom with a granite double vanity and a walk-in shower. Loved this place! It’s very spacious plenty of toiletries, towels and blankets. 30 minute walk to pike street market and not much in the immediate neighborhood but if you have a car you can drive to plenty of places in 10 minutes. I wish there was a bath mat and would recommend a space heater for the back room it can get pretty drafty.
Manager response:
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We are glad you enjoyed your stay! We appreciate you letting us know there is room for improvement, and we'll pass your suggestions to the owner for consideration. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!

This space was super clean ! A old fashioned charm with everything I needed ! The house is minutes from So much food and the city ! It was warm as cozy and the getaway I needed ! Planning to return here soon for another staycation! Also they gave us a Wine opener as a gift for staying there !

I loved the initial look but not the wet dog smell or the lack of linens or lack of zippered cases on the pillows under the pillow cases or the dirty carpet or the dirty door jams. Loved the well stocked kitchen but that's where the dog smell was the worst...such a mixed experience.
Manager response:
Lori, we apologize to hear of the odor, and if you felt the home was not on par with our upkeep standards. While we encourage guests to contact us during their stay so that we have the opportunity to address matters at hand, we understand that you are simply trying to enjoy your vacation and may feel hesitant to bring forth complaints at that time. We appreciate the opportunity to address any outlying concerns with our local team to ensure our service standards are being thoroughly met. We look forward to having another opportunity to host your next visit, thank you.

We loved having a space all to ourselves. What was hard was no one delivers to this address. Coffee was within walking distance though. So there’s that.

The home was clean and has a good. Super close to Century Link field and many great restaurants. Street parking was not too much trouble.

First let me say that this place was not easy for me to find in the dark. It is located on the backside of the 1st building up 2 flights of stairs and then good luck with the electronic entry and locking up. It is an ok place to stay but nothing to get excited about. Has a kitchen if you want to prepare meals and some dished pots & pans etc. XL bathroom is nice if you have several people staying since only 1 bathroom. I bedroom has a tv and the other does not. There is not much around the place for food or anything and not a real good part of town to be in ever.

Nice house and walking distance to Safeco field

The window seat in the living room and the walk in closet that’s big enough for a toddler playroom make this apartment so much better than other places. However, one of the beds was broken and the smoke detector was missing—ripped out of the ceiling—and a fuse was blown so we couldn’t watch TV on either of the 2 TVs. This could have been an amazing place...but it wasn’t good for us. On a positive note, we were able to park on the same block as the apartment every time we came back “home.”

Was in town for Supercross. Perfect location, easy street parking. Close to everything. Place was updated, clean and comfortable.

Great view of centurylink field, a down hill walk and your at the stadium, great breakfast place just a 5 minute walk away, pancakes like you make at home!!! Second year we stay at this location, quit and peaceful. The only recommendation is concider having some coffee to make and maybe some condiments so your cabinets are not so empty. We stay in places all over and this has always been a plus...

Nice space for a weekend visit. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax in the updated space. Beds and couch were super comfy and we even used the space next to the fireplace. Good location to get to Century Link field and downtown using a quick Uber lift. Easy to find building and access was as described. Parking on the street was fine, but a bit tight.
Could use a new carpet and a bit more cleaning between visitors. Bath room was spacious and updated, but low water pressure in the shower.
Overall I would recommend it!
Manager response:
We greatly appreciate the helpful feedback. We are happy to hear the stay was positive overall. Now that summer is winding down we are preparing to accomplish our fall deep cleans, which includes carpet cleaning. Thank you!

Big Spacious apartment for my 3 friends and I. After a long day out in Seattle viewing the sights and catching the baseball games , it was nice to go back to the house to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony!!!

Great place to stay! Easy Uber trip to Pike's Place and other tourist attractions. Clean and comfortable...a little hot with no air conditioning, but cooled down decently after dark and overnight. Had a fantastic time!

Nice spacious rooms. Beautiful view Very clean look and feel. Perfect place to hang your hat while you are in Seattle. Access public transportation to downtown just a few steps away or Uber for a few dollars more.

Nothing available to cook (spices, foils, wraps,) no bread knife or corkscrew. No laundry facilities. Very dissatisfied. Oppressive when arrived. Too hot to sleep first few nights.
Need vehicle to get around. Lots of hills in area. Street car a few blocks away.

Love this series of apts in Vacasa’s portfolio. Clean, comfortable, cozy, and convenient. Only very small negative is the lack of washer/dryer, but it is within close proximity to laundry mats so it all works out.

this location has great views on clear days. we had a family of 5 that stayed and this was perfect for us to spend our holiday in Seattle. We were able to get in and out of the city quickly. quick access to downtown and other areas. we did have a car which made it great. street parking is tight but you can find a spot.
Javier B. Dec 2017
Just a down hill walk to whatever you need, Uber rides from downtown averaged 6 to 8 dollars.... Try Cheeky Cafe just a 3 minute walk and around the corner. Enjoyed the fire place while watching a movie and chilling on the couch....

We stayed at the unit for a long weekend in Seattle. It was just a great location, very clean and close to everything. Amazing unit and we will stay here again.

We are new to the rental homes, and are loving it! This home was so cozy and made our trip even better!

Very clean and convenient location. Will definitely rent again.

We spent three days and four nights in Seattle in this great place. It was conveniently located. Very clean and comfortable. Well furnished kitchen for cooking. Lots of extra towels, pillows, and blankets.
Only things that could be a negative were the three flights of outdoor stairs to the apartment and the very hard mattresses on the beds.

We visited from Canada to attend a Seattle Seahawks game and do some sightseeing. We were extremely pleased how close we were to Centurylink Stadium and an easy commute to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. There is a fantastic German Beerhall within a few blocks of the condo called Rheinhaus that we highly recommend for great food, awesome share platters and indoor bocce courts. We visited there several times during our stay.
The condo has a great view of Centurylink Stadium all lit up at night as well as the Beacon Hill historic building. Very quiet neighbourhood and friendly neighbors, definitely will stay here again for future visits.

This was a great place to have a small family reunion with our adult kids. This is a great location with free street parking for our rental car and inexpensive Lyft/Uber rides to city locations where driving/parking can be a challenge.
Scott B. Aug 2017
Very nice condo. Area felt safe. Beds were way too firm for my liking. Temperatures in Seattle were 95-100 while we were there. Condo has NO air conditioning, therefore, we were very hot in the condo, even at night with the windows open. We also had maintenance workers in our condo trying to fix the dishwasher. We had not been notified of the workers being there that day, so had to basically leave the condo during the time that they were there! Parking is on the street only, but pretty easy to find fairly close.

We stayed in the condo to see the city and take in a game at Safeco field! It was super walkable everywhere- Capital hill was only 20 minutes and getting downtown was super easy. The space was lovely- beds were comfortable and there was lots of room to hang out (although we had great weather so really only slept there!) We would definitely stay here again!

This property was in a great location. With traffic it took only about ten minutes to get to the space needle, century link and safeco field. We will definitely stay here again if the property is available. The apartment has a great view of the city. At night you can observe the neon lights of the stadium and columbia center. There was plenty of room for the family. I enjoyed cooking on the gas stove. The property was hassle free to book. There were no expensive deposits or excessive fees. Overall a great experience!
