Upon entering, you will encounter a large dining table that can also be used to play cards, board games, or puzzles stored on the bookcase. As you continue walking on the laminate wood floors past three bedrooms and a full bath, you will enter an open, light-filled space seamlessly combining the living room, coffee beverage bar, and the eat-in kitchen and taking advantage of the views out back. This area is beautifully decorated and well-furnished with an oversized sectional, chair, and ottoman that swivel towards the view or the smart TV above the stone fireplace. The coffee/beverage station includes a coffee maker and a beverage/wine fridge and is equipped with glasses for wine, beer, and cocktails and cute coffee mugs. The well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances has everything needed to create culinary masterpieces, including a full suite of appliances and ample cookware and tools.
The primary bedroom enjoys deluxe mattresses and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower and a corner soaking tub. The second (golf) bedroom offers comfortable thick Sealy mattresses. The third (blue-fish) bedroom has a trundle with two twin beds. The fourth (green boat) bedroom includes two extra-long beds pushed together to form a king. There is also a laundry room off the kitchen for your convenience.
