*PLEASE NOTE: In order to operate vacation rentals within this residential building, we are required by Belltown Court to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for all guests. Our Belltown Court Condos also require personal check-in service, which will be arranged with our Greeter prior to your arrival, and signed acknowledgment of the Belltown Court community rules.

A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Parking Notes: The garage door opener and parking permit hang tag are located inside the condo. Park your car on the street (there is metered parking on 1st Ave) and meet our Greeter, who will assist you with your keys, garage opener and parking hang tag. Then use the following instructions to locate and park in the garage. Directions to parking garage are given assuming you are parked immediately in front of the Belltown Court Building on 1st Avenue facing NORTH.
-Take a RIGHT on WALL ST.
-Take IMMEDIATE RIGHT into ALLEY (between 1st and 2nd Avenues).
-Pull up to SECOND GARAGE DOOR on RIGHT, near Battery St.
-Open door with garage door opener .
- Park in parking #32. It’s important to park in only your designated parking spot or you could be towed.
To enter the complex, locate the building door in the center of the garage. You can use your garage remote as a fob to gain access to the building by swiping it in front of the black security box. When the light turns green, open the door. Take the elevator to the 7th floor and locate unit #717.
PLEASE NOTE: Be sure to stop and wait for the garage door to close completely before proceeding into the garage, or a $250 may be assessed by Belltown Court. Vacasa is not responsible for towed vehicles or damage to other cars. Please make sure to leave the parking hangtag back in the unit after you check-out or it’s a $100 replacement fee.

My wife and I spent a week at this property in Oct 2021. The location is perfect if you want to explorer Seattle. It's right in the heart of town, close to the pier and the Pikes market. The views from the condo are amazing - you can see both the bay area and the city skyline. At night, the views of city skyscrapers are awesome. You can't see the Space Needle, it's on the other side. There is also a small balcony if you feel like you want to step out to get a better shot. Condo is on the top floor (7th), so views are not obstructed and also, there is nobody upstairs to walk while you sleep. Another great feature is an open-air patio that's available on the same floor, just a few feet away from this condo. It has a BBQ grill, tables, and chairs. We spent evenings grilling oysters from the Pike's market, drinking wine, watching the ferry boats go buy, and listening to the sounds of the city.
The condo itself looks like brand-new, everything works well. Bathrooms are clean. Kitchen is well equipped and has some basic spices, coffee grounds, filters, etc. Internet works well and I was able to do some telework. Bed is super comfy. Parking spot is reserved in the gated basement. There is a bakery on the ground floor, and a sushi restaurant in that same building. Swimming pool is on the third floor.
Overall, this is a great place to stay in Seattle. Will stay there again.

• Screen doors were in shreds. Were not corrected even after reporting to management.
• AC unit was completely inadequate for cooling unit on any day were temperatures were higher than 90°.
• The kitchen had only one working outlet. Garbage disposal was not working, there was little attempt to correct problem.
• Not enough pillowcases for the amount of pillows in the unit.

Good walking distance to tourist attractions in downtown Seattle. Good neighborhood restaurants. Mostly sushi and midrange restaurants within two blocks. Be prepared with reservations or you won't be seated. Several restaurants jut refused to serve.

Needed to reserve time slots for use of building amenities (pool, common rooftop deck, etc.) so kind of killed spontaneity. I assume this is COVID related.

Don't be put off by the amount of people sleeping on the streets. A bit off putting but they were harmless.

The property greeter Brian was very nice and helpful. The building was secure. The unit was well furnished everything you would need.

Overall rating 3.8. For the price kitchen and screen doors should have been fixed.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. The check-in process was easy with the assistance of Doug, our friendly greeter. The apartment itself is well-appointed and had nice light. We especially appreciated having a washer/dryer There was also a rule to war masks whenever in any public spaces in the building which we happily did with no problem.
The location in Belltown was also good in terms of easy access to bars and restaurants. It's also an easy walk to Pike Place Market. I actually walked to the West Seattle Water Taxi every morning which is only 1.3 miles. Getting in out of the building was easy. I did make the mistake of locking both of our keys/fobs in the apartment upon-checkout before removing our car from the garage. You need to have the fob to open the garage door whether you are coming of going. Building manager was very nice and helped us get out.
The only thing that was frustrating were the vertical Venetian blinds in front of the big window. The individual blinds kept coming out of their hooks when I was trying to open and close them and the valence above the shade on the left even came off its mooring. It's a real jumble of ropes and chains. Would be nice if they were a better organized. The only other thing is that the nice roof patio open on the 7th floor was closed due to COVID restrictions. While the listing did say the pool and gym were closed, I don't believe it mentioned the rooftop patio would also be closed so we were disappointed we couldn't go out to take in some nice views of Elliott Bay and the Olympics. Hopefully it will open soon.

Room wasn't ready, never got cleaned. Placed us in another room, that room was too hot. The upstairs A/C was broke. No attempt was made to replace or repair unit. Couldn't sleep in the loft on bed. Had to sleep on the pull out sofa with the kids so that I could be near the ac that was working. Pull out sofa was NOT comfortable also there was not bedding for the pull out. I had to strip sheets and other blankets off of the existing beds. Moved us into the original room next day. The thermostat was left on high, 95 plus degrees. We shut if off and closed down all the shades turned on AC. Left for the afternoon. Completely had to change our plans due to how they had to move us around. Came back to room after 6 hours. It was just as hot. After some investigation we discovered the ac hose was disconnected and was blowing hot air in conjunction with the ac. We left for the Baseball game upon our return the temp in the room finally got to a tolerable temp of 72 degrees. It took them 2 hours to respond to my concerns on the 2nd day. No one contacted us to address our concerns on the first day.

The apartment makes everything walkable. We did rent a car but used it mainly to drive to Rainier and other areas. Everything we had to see in Seattle was nearby to this apt. The bakery downstairs, Maricana is good and easy.

You can't find a better location for exploring downtown Seattle. We easily walked to museums and Pike Place market. There are inexpensive but very good restaurants nearby as well as fine dining and chic cocktail bars. I was disappointed in the comfort of the apartment's furnishings. The mattress was very hard, and while I know mattress comfort is highly individual, I have traveled quite a bit without finding a mattress as difficult to sleep on as this one. The living room furnishings were likewise more attractive than comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed--no fewer than 16 serious kitchen knives, three can openers, three corkscrews, and a fully complement of plastic Ikea containers for leftovers. But a Black & Decker coffee maker (come on, Seattle!) and if you plan to cook in the kitchen (you can find all manner of meat and fish and vegetables at Pike Place), you need to be prepared to also provide everything--oil, spices, etc. Again, we stay in a lot of managed apartments when we travel and nearly all provide one morning's worth of coffee, basics for cooking, and a pod of laundry soap. The reservation process was frustrating--you must print out and sign a document but the link to the document didn't work and after sending the required documentation I was asked to send it again. Check in was easy, though it's much easier when you don't have to connect with a real person. Check out, as others have said, required moving the car out of the garage and then coming back to the apartment to leave the keys. Again, not a big deal, but not as easy as most. Finally, some of the directions provided are generic and may not apply to your apartment, so be aware of that. In summary--a great location, an inefficient reservation and check-in system, and a number of ways in which they skimp on the kinds of things (mattress, basic kitchen and laundry supplies) that make someone feel welcome and want to come back.

Great location for exploring everything Seattle has to offer. Easy to get to any number areas from this great Belltown spot. There are so many restaurants within the immediate area.

The building is secure and quiet, though the nightclub across the street was pretty active on the weekend. It has everything you need to feel at home and a view that will remind why you aren't home.

The location was fantastic and the set up was excellent. Just an elevator ride away from the pool and hot tub. A bakery steps away.

The only drawback was maintenance. The toilet paper holder torn off. Loose banister on the stairs and it appears to be attached, in one spot, to drywall only. Dryer wasn’t working (which meant I had no way to launder towels over my stay).

It was very clean, just needs a good repair day. Even with that- I would stay here again.

Loved proximity to important tourist must-sees. Pool is nice for daily laps. Feels secure and safe. Great restaurants nearby, specifically the Italian restaurant around the corner of 2nd, the Pink Door and Maximillians in Pike Street Market.

Loved our stay at Belltown Courts. The loft was super clean and well decorated. It was located within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping, the fish market, and convention center. Full disclosure, moderate amount of noice on weekends and in the pathway of aircraft (not the fault of the apartment) but certainly not a deal breaker. Would highly recommend to anyone headed to Seattle.

Great location and a fun condo. The pictures are very accurate, huge windows and a fun loft bedroom. Having someone to greet you and show you around was a nice touch, not many Airbnb's and Seattle do that.

Well before and during the stay, the support and attention to detail in customer services is/was stellar (as always). Actually had someone help me on a Saturday when I'd made a stupid mistake with parking. The condo was amazing, and the proximity to Pikes Market, shops and last minute needs was exceptional ... would recommend but I'd really like to keep this experience selfishly. :)

The apartment was very well appointed for getting around Seattle and seeing what this lovely city has to offer. The furniture and fittings are of a high standard with everything you could possibly need for a city stay. The big bonus was being next door to the Macrina Bakery - excellent coffee, breakfasts and lunches. The only downside is the noise level from the very busy road nearby. I’m sure this will improve when the road is closed and removed in the next couple of years. A very enjoyable stay in a lot very apartment.

Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 7th floor common area has a brilliant view. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this neighbourhood is not for you. Some real dining gems in Belltown.

I was hoping for a clean, safe and quiet place for a couple of nights while on business, and that's what I got. The location is great; easy walking distance to the market, restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is on the small side for four people (for example, the table seats two comfortably), but perfect for one or two. A few maintenance issues could be addressed, like tightening the faucet in the kitchen sink, but nothing major. Overall, this is a solid place to stay.
