Great condo- exactly as advertised, no surprises. Centrally located near lots of attractions. There is a Target store IN the building - so convenient!! Great experience- will definitely stay with Vacasa again!

We have stayed in Newmark Tower three times, and we enjoy DeLaurenti, Target, Ben Paris, and other near-by places near Pike Market.

Great condo. Very clean. Comfortable. Parking was wonderful. Building was safe and accessible. Great amenities. We loved being close to Target. It is a phenomenal location, close to Pikes Market and a plethora of activities and restaurants. It really provided a top notch Seattle downtown experience. Cable TV somewhat lacking. Recommend bringing your Firestick or Roku for more options for in-condo entertainment. Definitely recommend this place!!

Great location as it was within walking distance to Pike Place Market, the waterfront and shops and restaurants. The unit could have been cleaner. The area rug was filthy and the whole apartment could use a deep clean. There was food and splashes of something on the walls in the kitchen. The homeless population was really bad in that location and there was shouting and fights going on all night long as well as sirens. For the amount I paid for the week you would think that it would offer more than just the local channels on the cable TV

The apartment was fine. A little worse for wear. Great location, but view of parking garages is not great. Also you get the expected noise from late night traffic and crazy people screaming (very downtown Seattle). We booked at a time when the unit was extremely, unreasonably expensive. I’d stay again if the rate was half of what we paid. Also unpleasant communication with their office. I tried to add a night and it was crazy unreasonably expensive- justified as something like “supply and demand” or similar. Also security in the bldg is loose. There are people coming and going all the time and although the front desk is always attended, we were never asked if were actually staying there. If you look adequately groomed they just wave you through. Doug and Brian who handle the property are very efficient.

So very mixed bad. Way way overpriced for what we got. So watch the rate and compare to even the best hotels.

This 7th floor condo doesn't have a tremendous view. It is comfortable and well equipped. The full size w/d is a plus. The building has very nice amenities, staff and the location is unbeatable. Full size Target, with groceries, IN THE BUILDING. One block from Pike Place Market, and 4 blocks to the Monorail, Macy's, etc. The ability to have the Concierge store bags before and after checkout was a huge plus. It is an urban neighborhood, with noise and so forth. The "white noise" sleep machine that was provided helped lots. Overall, we were very, very happy.

We really enjoyed our time in Seattle, and this company and this unit contributed to that. The unit is clean, well equipped and the building is excellent. Being one block from Pike Place Market is a treat, and other attractions are easy to reach.

This condo was perfect for our 10 day stay in Seattle. It's in a great location and built on top of a Target! BONUS! We were able to walk to CenturyLink and Safeco Field for a Sounders and Mariners Game! There's tons to do near the condo with all of the restaurants and shopping. The condo was really clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartment is clean with fully functioning kitchen with all amenities you need. It has a big balcony facing east. There is not much to see in terms of the views and it is not bright and sunny!! My stay was in this apartment was smooth!!

The place was nice and clean, the location was great. However, due to the lack of air conditioning the apartment got a little hot. However, the hosts were really nice in providing fans. The apartment also had a washer dryer which was fantastic and a lot of towels and bedding. The gym was good and the pool was nice. The rooftop terrace made for a nice place to sit in the mornings or evening's

We had a wonderful time in 'our' apartment for the week. The location really couldn't be better. It is one block from the market, easy walking distance to shopping (most major department stores/malls are a 5 - 10 minute walk away) and restaurants, and the kitchen is well enough equipped that it is easy to cook at home for any meals you want. We took full advantage of all of the great seafood, specialty foods, and produce at the market. For trips farther afield, the parking spot made it easy to have a rental car, although if you're wanting to stick to touring downtown a car isn't necessary. The monorail to the glass museum and space needle is a 5-10 minute walk away, and everything downtown (the aquarium, the waterfront, the art museum, the market, malls, the convention center) is easily walkable. The apartment itself is clean, stylish, and very comfortable. We really didn't want to leave. I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in town.
