Effective immediately, all parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before your arrival you will receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes.
The Phoenix East Roof Project will commence on Monday, October 28, 2024. The project is expected to take approximately three months to complete. There will be general construction noise throughout the project. The highest levels of noise will be experienced on the upper floors. Light dust may be encountered occasionally throughout the project. In addition, the southwest corner of the parking lot will be blocked off throughout the project for staging of the crane and project materials.
The work is estimated (weather depending) to end January 17, 2025.
