We liked the open and multiple spaces. It was comfortable and we weren’t afraid we were going to break or ruin anything.

Loved the location and quiet neighborhood! We did have a number of (mostly) minor issues when we checked-in which were partially addressed, but not until a couple of days into our stay. Hopefully management will take a more hands-on approach to ensuring the property is adequately prepared and maintained for guests.
Manager response:
Terrence, thank you for the review of your stay. We are so glad you enjoyed the location! We apologize for the issues that you experienced and appreciate you letting us know the areas where we need to make improvements. We look forward to hosting your next getaway. thank you for choosing Vacasa!

This was a great location to spend time with the kids, cook and eat together, walk to the park together, and still be close to everything that is Seattle. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

Great space and really nice house. Yard is amazing and the stove finicky. We stayed here while our house was being completed. It is in a great location for sure. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Well stocked, spacious home close to all the action in Seattle

We stayed here for our Son's wedding in Seattle. The location was close to grocery store and other needed places. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes and other needed items. It was all in all a very nice place to stay.

This house is in the perfect location to take your family on vacation! There are some flaws that are huge though.
1. The bathrooms are not just outdated, the tub drains slow in the master bathroom and your ankles are getting a proper soaking before you are done showering. There is rust on the shower walls.
The master bathroom isn’t just’s tiny and the toilet is shorter than I have ever experienced. I’m 5’10” and I felt like buddy the elf using papa elf’s restroom...
2. There are ants all over the kitchen. I set a spoon in the sink while I put food into the refrigerator and by the time I got done it was covered in ants. You cannot leave ANYTHING on the counter.
3. The driveway was treacherous. There are 4 houses very close together & this driveway is angled down and to the left. It is very hard to see if anyone is coming. Furthermore, if you drive head first into the driveway, you MUST back down the long drive. My wife is a wonderful driver and had no real issues, but I would not have been able to manage it.
4. Wireless to to the two TVs in the house only sort of works. There is no cable, no movies and sometimes spotty wireless.

Having said all that, my family had a good time here. There was some things that were off. I am not sure I’d stay here again.
Manager response:
Hi, Amanda! The shower has been treated to take care of the slow drain, the home has been treated for ants, and the modem for the internet has been relocated. We apologize for the discoloration on the shower wall and will see if we can treat it. Thank you!

We've been renting homes for our vacations for the last 20 years, We wish they all would have been kid friendly as this. While we don't have young children anymore we appreciate the effort put in for others.

We loved the family room downstairs - the reclining sectional and large tv made us feel like we were in a movie theater.

The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils, plenty of towels.

The parking is VERY tight - we have a Tacoma and there was no way another car could have fit.

The yard is not fully fenced but there is a tree just off the downstairs patio that we leashed the dog too. A suggestion for the management company....a washable mat or area rug at the patio door.

We couldn't get the garage doors open which would have been nice unloading and loading up in the Seattle rain, nothing awful.

Really quiet neighborhood which was lovely to walk the dog around.

We will be recommending this house to anyone who wants to visit Seattle.

The layout of the house was good. Beds and downstairs sofa were comfortable. Downstairs especially good hangout room that allowed for distancing. Appliances modern.

Had some concerns with cleanliness (hair and stains on linens, water bottle in couch). Yard not fully fenced and very overgrown with weeds. Only outdoor furniture is a small bistro set on deck.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear you enjoyed our home and are sorry about the cleanliness. Please note our 24-hour customer service line is here to assist at all times and would have sent someone over to get that taken care of. Thank you again for your review. We hope to host you again soon!

This is a nice house in a great location.
Pros: Comfortable couches and beds, large home, great downstairs TV room.
Con's Downstairs has carpet and it has a strong urine smell. Description stated that it had a fenced yard, but was not completely fenced in. It's completely open on both sides of the house, so you can NOT leave the dogs in the back with out supervision. This was not an issue for us as I brought a portable fence, but could be a big problem if you expected a fenced in yard.
Manager response:
Hi, Keri! The carpets are scheduled to be professionally cleaned, and we have updated the listing to reflect the yard is partially fenced. Thank you!

The positives: The house is beautifully renovated, with an amazing fully stocked kitchen. Location is very convenient. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean.

The less-than-positive: There is enough seating at the dining table for 4, so hope you’re not a big group or not hosting any guests. There is only one small table and 2 chairs for outside seating, which in this time of Covid was the only way to do things safely for our group. Good thing we were camping and had folding tables and chairs to set up in the yard. Speaking of which, the yard could use a little tending (very weedy and hasn’t been mowed in a month or more). Never did figure out how to get the TV to work (no instructions, no cable, no network channels).
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your home. Thank you for sharing your feedback and for bringing some items to our attention that may need some TLC. I have forwarded your feedback to the local staff so they can work to improve the house for future guests. Please know that our guest services team is available 24 hours a day to assist should any concerns arise during your visit. We hope you choose to stay with us again!

We were a small group with two younger kids. They had plenty to do and were able to run around in the backyard. The basement TV and couch was perfect for movie night. The grill and well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals as well. Everything was tidy and we didn't want for anything!

layout and space perfect for a family of 8.

This house was perfect for our family and dog. The basement was a great hang out spot for the kids and the kitchen was well equipped for family meals.
