Parking notes: The new parking policy for the Palms is stating that each guest is allow a maximum of 2 two) vehicles per reservation. The vehicles must be registered and each one should have a parking pass displayed in the front window of each vehicle. The parking fee is $50.00 and will be charged to the reservation prior to arrival. The parking passes can be picked up at 4:00 pm in the unit on the day of arrival. If the vehicles are not registered and displaying the Palms parking passes, the vehicles are subject to booting or towing at the Owners of the vehicle cost. Parking is first come first served and there is no assigned parking.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

This beachfront condo is awesome and is close to everything. I love that my bedroom ( 3 bedrooms) is right next to the balcony to enjoy the calmness of the night and enjoy the brightness of the moon while listening to the ocean waves . Being on the 9th floor kept us from any noise which there was none . The hosts were awesome and they are very quick and attentive to any inquiries and requests. They made sure we have a worry-free vacation and gets to have fun while we are in their care . I will definitely recommend this condo to friends and will definitely come book to this condo if we ever decide to return to this place . Thank you to the hosts ! ❤️.

The condo was perfect, it was stormy and humid for 2 days of trip. AC did not seem to get the moisture out of the condo. Not sure if it was working or not?!?! Also the smell in the lobby and elevators was horrible. But nothing that affected our stay ( I took the stairs) or the condo itself. Would consider this condo again. Well stocked kitchen!

This is the 2nd time in this condo. The views are spectacular and the decor made me feel like I was at home. We always feel welcomed and have a great time! I can't wait for our next trip to Orange Beach!

This was a very clean large condo with 3 bed/2bath and great balcony view of the beach. Very quiet building. We do have suggestions for future guests. Vacasa needs some instruction in the condo on how to use thermostat. Also need instructions in guest info before arrival on where carts are located and location of indoor pool. This is like going into a big apartment building so other than security there is no one on property to ask questions.

This was a nice condo. The kitchen was nice and the living room was spacious with a large dining room table between the kitchen and dining room. All the rooms were a nice size and nice bathrooms. There were a few stains on the carpet but otherwise the condo was nice and clean. It is a good location, just steps from the beach. Plenty of shopping and dining just a short drive away. The indoor pool was closed for repairs but the outdoor pool was open. It was a decent size, but we were there to enjoy the beach and ocean so we didn't use the pool. The listing says that there is a hair dryer at the condo, but we could not find one. My daughters had packed one so we ended up just sharing. Otherwise we had a great stay!

What a lovely condo! VERY clean. Right on the beach. And we love that there are beach chairs to rent as you walk onto the beach. Close to stores and restaurants. Beautiful beautiful beach!! Family friendly. Elevator and trash shoot in building. Condo is well stocked with extra blankets, pots/pans, etc. comfortable furniture. Big balcony. 2nd to top floor so lovely view. Instacart is available in the area. Things to note: no regular coffee pot but there is a Keurig. No salt and pepper or any spices/cooking oils.

Everything in the condo was immaculately clean! There was every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. The view was amazing and the beach was right there (not a long walk at all). We loved the indoor and outdoor pools too. I would absolutely stay here again, and didn’t want to leave!

The condo had beautiful views...my wife and I enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. The condo was clean, and decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable, and the split floor plan was an added benefit for our family. I am looking forward to coming back next summer!

LOVED that its a smaller complex - the actual unit is adorable and stocked really well. My main complaint is the quality of the sheets and towels - they are like hospital grade. I would strongly recommend putting a brighter lamp or some type of lighting in the living room as its extremely dark in there. I also would just recommend putting curtains that actually cover the windows so the sun isn't beaming in the rooms all day making the condo harder to cool off at night. Other than these minor complaints, great condo unit! LOVE the balcony furniture and views from balcony. SUPER cute condo.
