This spacious, four-bedroom home sits a few houses up the road from Scenic Route 30A and an access point to the sugar-sand beach, so you can easily walk home from a morning on the sand to prepare a barbecue lunch on the gas grill, unwind in an Adirondack chair in the shade, or head indoors for an afternoon nap in the comfort of central air conditioning. When you're not collecting seashells or riding bikes, you can cook meals as a family using the kitchen's stainless steel appliances, soak in the private rooftop hot tub with a panoramic view of the coast, and pile on the sofas for movie night in the living room. In the evenings, you'll have your choice of four comfortable bedrooms - one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a kids' room with a twin bed and a trundle. If you bring your bikes along, you'll be mere steps from the famous Timpoochee Trail, a wide, relatively flat path that runs for 18.6 miles between Dune Allen and Inlet Beach. In this prime location, you'll be minutes from The Hub (less than two miles northwest), which plays host to a number of great local eateries, live music, and family-friendly movie nights, and the beautiful architecture of Alys Beach (one mile east) in the other direction.
