This beautiful retreat is located on a second floor offering unparalleled Dunes Lake views, especially from the screened balcony. Speaking of the balcony, it faces the lake directly and is equipped with a small dining area and a couple of chairs right off the living area and the main bedroom. Back inside, the fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the cooking essentials to prepare mouth-watering meals and snacks. Also, adults can take advantage of the wet bar right next to it for an entertaining night. Serenity also offers access to an array of shared amenities such as grills and patio tables beside the building, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tub just across the parking lot, an outdoor shower, and a tennis court.
What's nearby: This convenient retreat is slightly secluded right on the expansive Dunes Lake and next to the Dunes Golf and Beach Club. However, you're still close to popular destinations such as Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and Barefoot Landing. One mile away and right down the street is Apache Pier for some pier fishing. Try your luck at Little River casino 16.4 miles away.

Parking notes: There is parking for two vehicles on this property per HOA rules. The parking passes are located in the unit and should be on the kitchen counter. The Parking Passes must be left in the unit at check-out or a Fee will be charged ($25 for the parking pass and $100 for the pool key). Vacasa cannot provide more than two parking passes as that is how many are issued by the HOA.

We cannot allow more than one pass per reservation. This is per the HOA and Vacasa is only given one pass per reservation. Parking is not assigned.
Should a parking pass not be in the unit upon arrival, please let us know and we will get them to you asap. Vehicles have 24 hrs to get a pass onto the vehicle. Vehicles will not be towed without notice (you'll get a note on your windshield).
The Home Owners Association for this property does not allow motorcycles, scooters, boats, trailers, RVs, campers, or golf carts on the property. These types of vehicles will not be allowed onto the property and will be towed without notice if left on the property. Vacasa is not responsible for any vehicle if towed. If this rule is violated guests will be responsible for the HOA fines of $100 or more.
Pool Key for the outdoor pool will be in the unit upon arrival. There is a mandatory fee of $100 for a lost pool key. The HOA charges Vacasa $100 for replacement keys. If Pool Key is lost during your stay we may not be able to replace it right away as only the HOA can provide them. Billing for a lost key is automatic.

We really liked this place. Very quiet and relaxing. Has all of the dishes/kitchenware and appliances you need for a homey stay. Great access to beach accessories in balcony closet, including umbrellas, beach chairs, body boards, sand castle toys, etc. Comfy beds, great lighting, drawer with games and cards, extra blankets and pillow, pull out bed in couch, towels and linens provided. The property and grounds were really kept up and clean. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. Overall great place to stay. We have a 2 small children and it was a great place to start a family tradition, we will visit again!
The only things I could recommend to the owners would be to invest in new patio/living room blinds and master bedroom blinds.. they definitely need replaced ASAP. Pieces fell off randomly and they didn’t provide privacy or block out light. We put a blanket over the window in the bedroom. Secondly the keypad on the front door is super convenient but how it is set up makes it very easy for small children to open the front door. I would definitely recommend a higher up slide lock to provide additional safety for families with little ones.

The unit was lovely. Loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful. Other guess we’re really friendly. Had a hard time upon arrival getting into the unit. After about a hour in a half we finally got in. The blind to the patio needs to be replaced also the blind holder in the twin room needs repairing or replaced. Other than that I was completely satisfied. Looking forward to my next trip

Worth the money very close to beach and activity
Only negative last two days and nights multiple family's with small children ran across floor until after 1 am very loud
We had softball tournaments early morning but could not sleep with the noise we would choose third floor next visit

This condo was exactly like the picture. It was clean and provided all we need for our stay except the food of course. Vacasa provided all the info I needed to enter the premises. We were very pleased and comfortable. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity over the Memorial Day weekend. The location was great and within walking distance to some local restaurants and nightlife. We liked that it was just off the beach and out of the craziness. And that back screened in porch was probably our favorite spot to hang out and watch sunsets over the small lakes. Would definitely recommend this place!
