Gorgeous, Creekside Home w/ Free WiFi, Firepit, Deck, & Game Room - Dogs Welcome

Situated practically on the banks of Greens Creek, this lovely two-level family house enjoys a quiet location, ideal for a restful and rejuvenating getaway with family and friends! Inside, you'll be immediately swept away by the home's high vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and rustic ambiance. The main-level living area features beautiful floors, comfortable furniture, and lots of welcoming décor, plus a gas fireplace and two flatscreen TVs with HBO and Netflix streaming. The full kitchen includes an attractive pot and pan rack, ample counter space, and all the appliances you'll need to prepare a delightful meal. You can serve up to four dinner guests at the dining table. Then you can adjourn to the furnished, screened-in porch for a refreshing drink. The detached building by the creek has been furnished with a couch, flatscreen TV, mini-fridge, microwave, foosball table with an additional pool tabletop, and dartboard that will make a good hangout space for the teenagers to escape. Plus, a firepit also awaits by the building to gather beside as the stars come out.

You'll have two well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of when it's time to go to sleep. In the morning, you can wake up to the aromas of freshly brewed coffee then take your first cup down the backyard stairway that leads to the creek for an hour or two of trout fishing. Use the private gas grill to throw a little char on today's fresh catch while the kids play corn hole. Speaking of games, the second level has a game room with a pool table, a dartboard, and a video arcade. Afterward, gather everyone around the firepit for an evening of toasted S'mores and some stargazing. This home includes a private washer/dryer in the hallway, so you can even pack light for your trip. Use the central AC and ceiling fans to keep the home nice and cool during those hot summer months.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It had almost everything we needed for our week there. Note: There is no dishwasher, which I'm sure it says and I had forgotten, and the kitchen table in the photos is not what's there either so that was a little disappointing bc we were hosting Thanksgiving. Also no placemats but we made it work. I would have given it 5 stars but when we arrived on Sunday evening the driveway, decks and property were literally covered with leaves and we had to email Vacasa who sent someone out on Monday to blow everything off. But Sunday night we went out for dinner and bc it rained we didn't make it all the way up and hence got stuck in the mud on the landing about 2/3 of the way up. Fortunately the local rep came out to help as well as friends. She also helped us figure out the thermostat. The driveway is paved and very steep and there is a learning curve to how to navigate it. We have a Ford Explorer but its not 4WD. We never got the code to access the man cave / shed at the bottom of the driveway. The code the local rep gave us when she came to help out with the truck did not work. Sent 2 messages the next day to her and she never got back to us so we were not able to use it. We also would have liked to have had the corn hole bean bags too. There are 4 TVS so that was great. We thought the towels were thin, old and cheap. But all in all, we settled in and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This cabin in the mountains was absolutely perfect! It felt like home and we made wonderful memories there. Very clean, spacious, loved the kitchen! The kids had so much fun playing the upstairs games. The steep driveway made for a wonderful walking workout if you're up for it! Cannot say enough good things :)

The home is beautiful, it was clean and comfortable.
Couldn’t get the fireplace lit and someone was supposed to call to help but never did.
Our last night there someone with the code to the door let themselves in while we were at dinner, no forced entry 😳
If the security and communication were better we would certainly stay here again.
Manager response:
Hi Lisa, Your feedback is greatly appreciated thank you for submitting it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the fireplace and someone coming in while you were away during your stay. We will follow up with the appropriate parties regarding your experience. We hope for another opportunity to host you again soon, for a much more enjoyable stay!

Great home, very comfortable. We loved the big screen porch in front, and the creek down below is great for the kids to play. The only deficiency was not enough toilet paper for a family of 5 to stay 3 nights. But otherwise, the home was great. Close to anything/everything in the region.
Manager response:
Hi Ellen, Thank you for your feedback. We are thrilled to know you enjoyed your stay! We stock the home with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and dish soap. For most guests, the initial supply is enough; however, we have found it helpful for some to bring extra. This is especially recommended for larger groups or guests staying for more than three nights. We encourage guests to reach out to our 24/7 guest service line with any questions or concerns before booking and during their stay, as we are happy to assist with any needs. We hope to host you again in the future.

My family had a great time staying here. We loved the property. It was nice and peaceful and we only heard the creek and birds. We caught trout in the creek. The man cave down be the stream was a nice surprise as well. We will be back.
