Parking Notes: All guests need to stop by the Front Desk to register and receive a parking permit and must show a copy of each occupant(s) negative covid test OR proof of vaccination. Failure to register at the front desk will result in a sequence of fees until you are registered. Day 1 - $50.00 fee; Day 2 - $100.00 fee; Day 3 - $150.00 fee. The fourth day of failing to register may result in eviction. Please park in the designated parking space for this unit.

Easy to access lots of places. It had air conditioning which was a great thing since it was 98 degrees.

Great value and fabulous location, very close to a delightful public beach. After checking out most of the island, loved Kihea the most! `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`

Great location close to an awesome beach! They provided lawn chairs and snorkel and it was great. Place is slightly dated but very functional. Biggest complaint is that the bed was very firm. Firmest bed we’ve ever slept on and we were bummed about that. And the couch/bed smelled. We had to cover it up with a sheet and we still could barely sit on it. Maybe it’s old. Would stay in the same location again but maybe opt for a different room. `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`
