This one-bedroom vacation condo features a private lanai, a cable TV, a telephone, free high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complimentary, in-suite safe. A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. * The Kihei Akahi property mandates that all guests occupying condos must empty the AC condensation drip pan on a daily basis to prevent overflows. Please contact CRH for additional information.

Parking Notes: All guests need to stop by the Front Desk to register and receive a parking permit and must show a copy of each occupant(s) negative covid test OR proof of vaccination. Failure to register at the front desk will result in a sequence of fees until you are registered. Day 1 - $50.00 fee; Day 2 - $100.00 fee; Day 3 - $150.00 fee. The fourth day of failing to register may result in eviction. Please park in the designated parking space for this unit.

Perfect condo for families! Everything we needed for a week long trip! We loved that it was only a 7 minute walk to the beach and close to the best restaurants in Maui.

Great location within walking distance of Kamaʻole beach 2. We also were surprised that there were extra amentities available to use such as beach chairs, bed pillows, tennis rackets, body boards, etc. The pool was great although we thought there might have been a jacuzzi but that was our own thoughts.. We were a party of 4 guests & had easy self check in as well as easy check out thanks to the after hours employees who were attentitive to every phone call we made. The office staff were great at accommodating our request to check out late.
