The house was nice but not cleaned well. Smelled like cigarette smoke and we never had a working dryer. 9 people at the beach for one week and no way to dry our clothes was incredibly frustrating. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout of the home is nice. We enjoyed the front and back porches and the dining table was perfect. The house in general just needs some TLC.

Deanna, thank you for the review. We apologize for the home not being cleaned to our Vacasa standards and that the dryer was unable to be repaired during your stay. The part had to be ordered before it could be repaired. It is now repaired. We appreciate your comments and suggestions. Thank you!

I love the house, we have stayed there before, but this time it was not as clean as last time, dirty towels left on the porch, mix up about if we getting clean towels or not, chairs on porch chewed up by someone else’s dog, had to call about wrong key and broken toilet handle and few other things and rugs were dirty, not sure if I will stay again

Hi, Penny. Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the home wasn't properly prepared and for the confusion regarding the towels. As your reservation was part of an acquisition, towels were not provided. Once we are fully transitioned, linen and towels will be provided to all our guests. Our property manager confirms all other issues have been addressed and rectified. We hope we can host you again for a much better experience.
