Place was lovely and location was convenient. Second time staying here. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Loved this place! Certainly not your typical beach condo, but was perfect for us and just what I was looking for.....more of an apartment style place! Clean and comfortable!
Nice not to be in such close
contact with other travelers, especially during this time. No share common spaces such as elevators, hallways etc. I will most definitely use this place again! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We arrived around 9pm for our 2 night stay. We reserved unit 11, upon arrival we found the parking lot had numbered spaces and the space provided for unit 11 was under the unit itself, this wasn’t the issue....the issue was that the 3 bay parking under the unit was marked for 9,10,11 AND 12. Three bays for 4 units. We parked in an open space to unload and try to get a hold of someone to figure out where we should park and it was suggested that we may have to park in an adjacent parking lot of the high rise condos on either side. We were able to eventually grab a “guest” space but remained hesitant to move our car for the duration of our stay in fear of not finding a space when we came back. So, other than the immediate area we didn’t do much exploring during the day.
The condo itself is nice enough. The bed is a bit soft (like you’ll be “forced” to cuddle in the center as that’s where you’ll end up) and beware of the very soft floor next to the tub. We found that it was well equipped with utensils and a quick easy walk to the beach and a shopping area & restaurant. The unit was clean, the pool looked clean and safe. There are improvements that can / should be made (parking & flooring) but all in all it was a decent unit, although I can’t say I’d stay there again. Condo was nice the parking is horrible at this location the assigned parking was occupied by other guests that felt they were entitled to all the spots and were knocking on our condo door demanding us to move which was most definitely a problem this issue needs to be fixed ASAP so the next guests will not be harassed during their stay I was not happy! I`ll just get to the 2 immediate issues. PARKING! Do not expect to have a parking spot while staying here. They do not own enough spaces to accommodate paying guests. I was parked in tow zone most of time there, was blocked in by another guest, or my vehicle blocking another guest bc none of us wanted towed. It wasn`t just my issue. I spoke with at least 10 other people having issue with no parking and neighboring condos would not allow us to buy space in their lots bc they were booked. The beach being `steps away` no. You have abt a foot walkway all the way to the beach. If you are older or have health issues rethink this stay. I have Lupus and it was too much for me. I took the loss on this condo and found a really nice place in Navarre, FL to stay instead. The `local management` will not help you and your vehicle will be subject to towing. It was just too much stress so we left. Oh and the `view` is a torn up construction site overlooking the beach. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, and we were very impressed with how clean the unit was. We loved the updated laminated flooring and the décor of the place. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but easily accessible to it. We could hear the people move around and talk above us, but other than that, it was a quiet stay. We would stay here again. Unit ll is accessed by going up a flight of stairs on the front entrance side of the condos but is at ground level on the backside. The front door area has chairs and a table and is relatively private except for the high rise across from the front. the same applies to the back deck and the high rise on that side. There are a table and 4 chairs on the back deck. The unit is very nice which reflects well on the owners. They clearly went to extra lengths to decorate the condo tastefully. There is a TV in the living room and a TV in each of the 2 bedrooms. The secondary bedroom TV was not hooked up apparently with cabling. They have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Dish Network and a small collection of DVDs. the kitchen is well stocked with actually usable cookware and utensils. Bring your own ice as you will want to anyway for freshwater ice. The only negative is as some reviewers have noted is that the celing/floor construction allows much sound transmission. First night no one rented the unit above, night 2 a young family came in and kids running across the floor above gave plenty of noise but it did not really bother us much. Great unit for the money. There is a `Now PreSelling` sign between the parking lot and the beach. We could not see how a new high rise could fit there with Perdido Dunes not being torn down to accomodate entrance and parking for this proposed construction. Not sure. Loved the location, was just as picture showed. All furniture definitely needs to be upgraded. Mattress in master was horrible. Shower curtain in master was molded. Wicker table in master had not been dusted in many months. Sand was on the floor when we arrived. Kitchen garbage can lid was filthy. Couch very uncomfortable, let it out & the mattress cover was bloody. I realize these are cosmetic and some may say petty of me however, when I pay the cost of these units, I expect these small things to be taken care of especially since you pay the cleaning fee! I only interacted with the property management company by email. Speaking of which I woke up the 1st morning to an email from them telling me to plug the tablet up because that is the way they communicate with the cleaning staff??? Not sure what that had to do with me during my stay? This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The condo was clean and well maintained and so comfortable and cute! Easy to book and everything was clearly communicated from the beginning. We had everything we needed to cook. We were provided with plenty of TP, paper towels and cleaning products. The location was perfect! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
