For added comfort, an AC unit is installed in each bedroom during July and August.

The sleeper sofa is outfitted with an inflatable mattress.

This unit was perfect for my husband, me and our golden doodle. It was so convenient to have the lovely private backyard for her and us! The neighborhood felt safe as well as parking on the street, just a few steps to our front door. It was an easy walk to the bakery for coffee and goodies. We decided to drive the short distance to Green Lake for our walk , but most would probably choose to walk there. We highly recommend Dukes Seafood Restaurant on the lake with pet friendly patio seating and enjoyed takeout from Ada’s Restaurant, with interesting Turkish cuisine. It was nice having a complete kitchen and dining room to entertain family. We literally had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. We will definitely stay there again!

This is a sweet suite in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. It was well-appointed and comfortable. The outdoor space is private and nicely landscaped. Parking was readily available.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay. The layout and amenities matched the photos and description. It was very quiet and never heard any neighbors. Backyard was delightful. Great location. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Dirty and rundown house. Cold, base board best wouldn’t warm the place at all. Bathroom is nasty - beds are nice though so you got that going for you.

We stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The location is awesome and the build out was very thoughtful with great light and high quality construction. Everything worked perfectly, including the Internet which was super fast. Loved the kitchen which was well stocked. This is an older home and when checking in, we were worried about the old house smell but it didn’t bother us. We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to our friends. Thanks for making such a nice property available to us. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

A little girl at her lemonade stand on the corner told the story and feeling of this charming old fashioned Phinney Ridge neighborhood. Lovely older homes with, maintained near the iconic Woodland Park Zoo. The entire area brought to mind my 1950`s childhood in Seattle. The neat attractive simple exterior of our unit in this triplex rental belied the elegant, simple ,updated interior including the kitchen and bath. But the biggest surprise of all was the lush, landscaped, two level, private, fenced side yard, perfect for morning coffee and or hosting a summer outdoor lunch or dinner with friends. We spent hours in that yard. ( our dog Toby was thrilled as well) A sanctuary in the middle of a busy city. The entire two bedroom unit was fully equipped with all you needed to feel at home including the use of a laundry room. The one bathroom was on the small side but we didn`t find it an issue. This rental is in a terrific location close to just about everything including Green Lake. It wasn`t just us,our friends were all amazed as well. We will be visiting Seattle again one day, I hope we can stay here once more. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This was a wonderful place to spend a month while we spent time exploring Seattle and waiting to move into our new home. The space is nicely laid out and was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a high-chair, crib, and even outlet covers! The kitchen is great and has a beautiful stove. There was an issue with the roof, but both the owner and property manager were very attentive and the customer service was excellent. Finally, the neighborhood is fantastic. We spent time walking around the lake and going to the zoo, which was just down the street. I would highly recommend staying here! This is a very comfortable apartment. A lot of thought has gone into making this place work seamlessly. No false promises. It is well appointed, has everything you need, and is in a great area. Turnkey staff on the ground were very responsive when a few minor things came up. Garden is lovely. Only thing that might be improved is the lighting. Overheads in the kitchen and bath are fine. But task lighting and hallway are on the minimal side. Can be a problem if you spend a lot of time there. Small thing and easy to fix. Overall this was a great stay. I feel lucky to have found it. The only negative I`d say is that I felt a little monitored, getting messaged twice reg a baby pool in the yard and also that the housekeeping tablet needed to be charged. I understand why both needed to be done though. Overall a great visit, clean and a wonderful rental. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
