The condo was beautiful and clean and we had a nice, relaxing weekend. Everything was in walking distance the amenities were excellent! Thank you!

Very nice, very clean unit! The only complaint was the noise, however we knew we were staying in a high traffic area. We were just surprised at the amount of unsupervised teenagers out until midnight and after.

We were first mislead to believe this condo was in Rosemary Beach. It is not. It is in the neighboring Seacrest Beach; which means it is in a great location in walking distance to Rosemary Beach, for a better rate than true Rosemary Beach rates. Upon arrival, the condo smelled clean, but within 20 minutes it was evident that it had not been cleaned at all. Floors were filthy, kitchen counters were grimy, master bath had not been cleaned, and the worst - when we climbed in bed that night the sheets were dirty! I was appalled. The management company was very responsive, sent a crew to clean within the hour, gave me access to the locked closet to get clean sheets, and credited us back for the cleaning fee. So it all worked out in the end. But in these days of the Covid pandemic, when all the nation is talking about extra cleaning protocols, Turnkey cleaning failed terribly. I will not be renting with them again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Since your check out with us we have strived to resolve the issues you pointed out in your review. The description in the listing has been updated to reflect a more accurate location naming Seacrest Beach as the Villages location. We have also changed cleaning vendors to a more seasoned cleaning team who are great about targeting the high traffic areas such as the floors, kitchen counters, and bathrooms. Our linen policy has also changed to a triple sheeting linen plan, which also includes the changing of the sheets after every guest check-out. We at Vacasa agree wholeheartedly that today, now more than ever cleanliness has to be one of our top priorities when it comes to our guest health and safety. We certainly hope that you will consider staying with Vacasa again in the near future and give one of our other fabulous properties a chance to create more great vacation memories for you and your family!

Condo was disgusting. There was an inch of dust compiled on the vents, mold in the shower and the furniture was stained. Location was good very close to Rosemary beach and Alys Beach. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We have changed cleaning vendors to a more seasoned cleaning team who are great about targeting the high traffic areas and strive to provide detailed cleanings in the bathrooms and specifically the shower area and make sure to maintain their dusting schedule more frequently. The furniture has also been professionally deep cleaned and removed all the stains. We certainly hope that you will consider staying with Vacasa again in the near future and give one of our other fabulous properties a chance to create more great vacation memories for you and your family!

We arrived to an unclean condo, reported the issues via the AirBnB app, and were told things would be fixed that evening. Nobody ever showed to re-clean anything.

The listing said housekeeping would clean every 2 days, but on the app I received a message saying it would be every 3 days instead, and then nobody ever came to clean over the 5 day period we stayed. Pool pass bracelets were ripped and unwearable, and the response from the team was “it’s fine just put them in your pocket”. There was a crack so large in the front door that you could see to the outside, which I was told was fine. Housekeeping finally showed up on the morning we were scheduled to leave 45 minutes before our already early 10am checkout time and rushed us out.

I would not stay at any property through this group again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Since the start of Covid, Vacasa has taken steps to implement a new standard of cleaning and protocol for our housekeeping teams to follow to ensure that our guest health and safety is a top priority. The new policy states that our housekeeping teams will not be allowed to service and clean the unit while the guests are present to help reduce the chance of contact and possible exposure. Also the pool passes have been replaced as well and are now left in the unit for the guest ease of access to the pool and the crack you reported on the door has been repaired by the maintenance team. We certainly hope that you will consider staying with Vacasa again in the near future and give one of our other terrific properties a chance to create more great vacation memories for you and your family!
