As hot as the weather is in Scottsdale we had to suffer through 76 air conditioning temp while there. I asked to be refunded so we could get a hotel several times but never got an answer to that. They did send a person to check the unit however he couldn’t do anything without going through steps in contacting the owner/s. Guess that didn’t happen since we didn’t ever hear from anyone.

We spent the month of July there. It was the most thoroughly stocked home we have ever rented. The property is beautiful, we loved the mid century architecture. It’s also a great location, with much to do in the surrounding area. Also great landscaping, loved all the fruit trees! Would love to visit in the fall or winter months. It definitely improved our Scottsdale experience!

The furnishings and amenities are top-notch. The AC was super cold, which was really important since the daily temperatures during our stay were in the triple digits.
