Dog-friendly cabin with private hot tub, mountain views, central AC, and firepit
Serenely and privately situated at the road's end with a beautiful view of the mountains, this charming home outside Bryson City is uniquely suited to romantic getaways, solo adventures, and peaceful relaxation. You'll find this cabin in the rural outskirts of Bryson City, a short drive on country roads from the Nantahala Outdoor Center. This is a place for taking in the great outdoors, whether you're day-tripping to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, renting pontoon boats on Fontana Lake, mountain biking on the Tsali Trail, or catching a few thrills by ziplining and whitewater rafting.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by floors, walls, and ceilings adorned with natural wood, as well as plentiful, generous windows that frame the wrap-around deck and the mountain landscape beyond. There's a fully appointed kitchen with open shelving, a living room with a flatscreen cable TV and a two-sided gas fireplace, and a mountain view bedroom with its own flatscreen TV, the other side of the fireplace, and an adjoining bathroom with a large shower and a jetted tub for two. The outdoor spaces are equally inviting, whether you're soaking in the hot tub on the deck or telling stories around the firepit as the sun goes down.

We absolutely loved the views and the privacy of the cabin! Has all the amenities you could ask for and need. Loved the hot tub and fire pit too. We will definitely be back!

The view was amazing. Modern luxurious cabin. We loved it for our getaway. Although fireplace didn't work. Smoke alarm was disabled, and rhe TV's were a bit small.
Manager response:
We're sorry we've been unable to get the fireplace repaired. Staff will continue to look for a vendor willing to travel the distance to complete the work. Thank you, Earlene!

Cabin was gorgeous, quiet, and very clean! No neighbors in sight or earshot. We had a great stay!

Absolutely breathtaking view and the cabin is decorated beautifully. Everything you need for a wonderful time of r &r is provided. The climb up the gravel road to get there is a bit scary but we made it up towing a trailer.

My wife and I spent a week exploring the Smoky Mountains and I didn’t want to be around a lot of heavy traffic so we decided to avoid the tourist towns such as Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We found this cabin on the south side of the park and it was absolutely wonderful. Took some “off-roading” to get there and cell signal was zero which is exactly what we needed to avoid our busy lives and enjoy checking off items from the bucket list. If I had over there again…I will be sure to try to stay at this cabin again. Very clean, nice, quiet, and has everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable.

This was a lovely, clean, well appointed cabin. If you are looking to unhook and get away, this is the place. The kitchen was very clean and spacious with everything needed to put together a meal if you want to cook while you are there. To relax you have the choice of a large soaking, jetted tub or the hot tub out on the deck. You are really out of the way so it is very quiet and peaceful sitting on the porch enjoying the solitude. The only thing to be prepared for is the winding road to reach this quiet haven. It is windy and steep in spots. There is no wi-fi, and cell phone reception is spotty, but if you are looking to unhook, then that is ideal. A beautiful spot to relax and get away!

The house is a very private retreat not far from the noc. We loved everything about the cabin and would definitely book again. Be advised it is a long gravel road up themointain to get to the cabin but we'll worth the climb!

Nice private cabin. Had all the amenities needed , definitely a unique ride up , not for the faint of heart but worth the ride up. Would definitely stay again!

The cabin was so cute and cleaned well. It was stocked with just about everything you might need. The last 10 minutes of the drive up was an intense uphill gravel drive, so make sure you (and your car) are prepared for that. The hottub wouldn’t warm up for the first part of our trip, but Vacasa sent a maintenance man to clean the filter which fixed it. They also compensated us for loss of amenities. It would be nice for Vacasa to invest in a maintenance and cleaner for hot tubs because the filter was pretty dirty. Overall, it was a cute cabin!

This cabin was perfect for our anniversary! It was clean, modern and comfy. It’s perfect for 2 people but can probably accommodate more. It’s quiet somewhat secluded. It’s super close to outdoor adventures and 45 mins or so from the Harrah’s Cherokee Casino. I will book this cabin again if it’s available!

I will a bit disappointed that the cabin didn’t have internet, but it ended up being a blessing. It was good to unplug and just enjoy the scenery.
Manager response:
Thanks for sharing your review, Connie! We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed your unplugged vacation. Just to clarify, this home is listed as having no internet available, and we encourage guests to reach out to our Customer Experience team at 1 (800) 544-0300 should they have any questions in regards to the amenities offered. I had the perfect birthday getaway! I would highly recommend this place to a couple or two people who are extremely comfortable with each other. There is only one door in the house and that is to the toilet. There is no Wi-Fi, and very limited service (which made it so much more enjoyable.) We were snowed in so definitely enjoyed the hot tub. This place is dog friendly, but I will warn you there is only a small side yard for the dog, and an extremely steep cliff, so make sure you are prepared to keep your eyes on them. Overall, this place was a plus in our book, and we already wish we were back!
