Everything you need in a condo. Plates, glassware, detergent, beach towels etc Parking lot for the building with overflow. My favorite feature was the balcony & the walk down the path & across the road to the beach. This side of the island faces the sunset. Beautiful.

View of nearby crane working. Grounds are beautiful! Furniture old worn out and uncomfortable. But very clean.

This is a good little spot if you are on a budget and need a room. We will start with the things we appreciated. The location, the amenities, the view, and the hospitality. Things that could be better, the apartment had bugs in it and could be upgraded. Also, maybe a little more clean. Our bedding had a funky smell, so we were a little unsure of if the bedding was even washed. The shower curtains were filthy, and there was a new shower curtain that could have been put on before we arrived. We didn’t spend a crazy amount of money on this place, so it is a little understanding. But these are the pros and cons of our stay.

We liked:
We were notified the unit was ready a couple hours early.
There was a nice welcome bag w/snacks!
Loved the location!!!
Price compared to other units.
Washer & Dryer in unit.

Designated smoking area (unadvertised)

Need improvement:
Bugs-informed mgt company but didn’t want to hassle any options they could suggest so we used the Raid can provided under kitchen sink. Suggest a monthly pest service.

Received a call from mgt company the morning after check in confirming check out time. We stayed 9/12/22–9/23/22, the last thing we wanted to think about on our 1st day was checking out.
Perhaps this could be clarified Before Check In.

Manual/ tv instructions confusing & cluttered.

Hidden beach chairs & boogie board under the bed-we only found when packing belongings to leave. We bought beach chairs so it would have helped knowing they were there.

Door keypad faulty & loud —concerned about disrupting the neighbor.

Linens seemed old & stain was on the bedspread.
Need new towels bath/beach.
New bed pillows would be nice too.
