The location is simply out of this world - you are three miles away from everything Seattle has to offer, from top-tier restaurants to trendy neighborhoods, incredible museums, and parks. Take your sweet time to go all over Pike Place Market, located less than four miles away, and delight yourself with farmers' stands, a wealth of permanent produce stalls, four fish markets, dozens of specialty food stores, a crafts market with more than 200 traders, and endless places to eat. You can easily spend the day there. Seattle's iconic Space Needle is a must-visit as well. Located four and a half miles, this is the preferred viewing point for Seattle’s towers, Mount Rainier, the islands on Puget Sound, the Cascade Mountains, and the Olympic Mountains. Step away from the lively heart of the city and retreat to the beautiful Washington Park Arboretum.

Back home, take in scenic, eye-candy views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainer from the wrap-around deck and the balcony off the primary bedroom. Natural light fills the tailed great room with wide plank floors and neutral tones. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living room, adorned with a gorgeous glass center table and a large TV. The pristine main bedroom has a large TV, a private balcony with seating, and access to a lovely spa-inspired bath with heated floors. The second bedroom offers additional comfort with another desk, chair, and monitor for added convenience.
