Recent North Lake Tahoe guest reviews

The house itself was very clean and the hot tub hit the spot. The pictures were a pretty good depiction of what the house offered. However, there were a bunch of little things that added up throughout our stay. These were all relatively easy to correct so we were surprised that the owners/management company hasn't addressed them before. For example, the toaster didn't work correctly (we had to hold the handle down in order for it to heat), not enough spoons, the kitchen was lacking some basics that we were used to in other houses (tin foil, cooking oil), no ice in the freezer/the ice dispenser didn't work, two of the chairs for the dining table were extremely uncomfortable/too low (for a dining table). The TV in the master bedroom is also really small and the lack of shades in the master bedroom make it hard to sleep late once the sun comes up. Like I said, all of these things added up and, frankly, if I had the choice, I'd give the house 3.5 stars because of all of this. But overall, it was clean and the hot tub was great so I opted to round up.

Love the house and the location

Close to the mountain. We used both the shuttle and walked. Dated condo but 100% fully functional. Plenty of room and beds comfortable.
