Gorgeous Tudor-style home w/ updated interiors & views of nearby Green Lake!
With this breathtaking home in northwestern Seattle, you no longer have to choose between modern convenience and peace and quiet. With updated interiors and a location that balances accessibility with privacy, you can have both!
Up to six guests (with a maximum of four adults) can enjoy the Tudor-inspired brickwork that adorns this home. It's a lovely sight to take in as you stroll around the neighborhood, which offers a middle ground between the Emerald City's bustling downtown and sleepy suburbs. Seafood at Duke's and piping hot treats at Urban Bakery are both a block away, as are the shining waters and shaded walking trails of Green Lake! A boathouse on the lake's eastern shore lets you easily spend the day kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding. The south side of the lake, meanwhile, is a quick walk from the exotic wildlife of the Woodland Park Zoo.
After a long day out, there's nothing more welcoming than the seclusion offered by Green Lake Awaits. The 1926 architecture blends with updated interiors featuring modern furnishings and contemporary art. Warm up by the fireplace in the living room while you browse the internet using the free WiFi, or head downstairs to the media room for the flatscreen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped for whipping up delicious meals. Savor your food at the indoor seating, or dine under twinkling lights in the elegant patio out back.

Great location, lots of space, beautiful garden. Some minor upkeep was needed—ac didn’t work, drawers broken, lightbulbs out.
Very comfortable home, nicely furnished, really nice back yard, with a great location a block from Greenlake. Well equipped kitchen and appliances.
Lots of space and everything one would need.
One and a half blocks from Green Lake. Plenty of room in the house for three couples.
Everything Seattle is a great place to visit the house was very clean and nice in every way thank you.
This is a well equipped (so many linens and towels!) rental with a fantastic location one block from Greenlake. The whole rental process was very smooth.
One block from the beautiful Green Lake Park and lots of restaurants and amenities at your doorstep, this house is in a perfect location. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean and well maintained. The backyard is great for children and alfresco dining. As mentioned in the other comments, the configuration of the house is a bit frustrating - two bedrooms on the top floor but not bathroom, the master on main with a bathroom and lower floor with a bathroom and spacious but no bed - though there are air-mattresses in the closet (but no pump). But this is typical of old Seattle house configuration so no fault of the owner. There is street parking but during the busy Summer it does take some patience at times to find one. But once you settle in and realize the great amenities so close with Green Lake just a block away for walks, jogging, kayaking, a child pool and restaurants, taverns and shops to walk to and downtown Seattle just a 15 minute drive, you cannot do better.
The house was nice for our purposes, but initially missing some promised basics (can opener, size range of pots), and there were a number of maintenance problems.
Vacasa staff did remedy the problems we reported, but it appears this house is not very well cared for, so be sure to ask questions well ahead of time.
We greatly appreciate this helpful feedback. We apologize if this stay was less than perfect. We have ordered a can opener and will reach out to the owner to recommend a wider variety of sizing in the pots and pans. Our operations manager has a scheduled walk-thru of the property to address any maintenance. Thanks!
Close to everything we wanted to see. Walking distance to the lake, perfect location. No central air, which I know is common in this area, but we were up in the July so the placement of extra fans would have been nice. Overall great stay.
