It was a spacious place, clean and mostly comfortable. Odd things were the yard was to ya overgrown. You could barely find the entrance to get in, the bathroom sink was clogged and overall there were no directions on how to operate the heat, TV or anything. There were no extra blankets either. Location was good and we had a good stay but I won’t stay there again.

House was clean and good location for our stay. Landscaping was overgrown and most of the sinks drained very slowly. Otherwise, no complaints.

House was lacking. No locks on bathroom doors. Minimal dishes, heater works in 2 rooms and breaker flipped when we plugged in 2 space heaters

One block from the beautiful Green Lake Park and lots of restaurants and amenities at your doorstep, this house is in a perfect location. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean and well maintained. The backyard is great for children and alfresco dining. As mentioned in the other comments, the configuration of the house is a bit frustrating - two bedrooms on the top floor but not bathroom, the master on main with a bathroom and lower floor with a bathroom and spacious but no bed - though there are air-mattresses in the closet (but no pump). But this is typical of old Seattle house configuration so no fault of the owner. There is street parking but during the busy Summer it does take some patience at times to find one. But once you settle in and realize the great amenities so close with Green Lake just a block away for walks, jogging, kayaking, a child pool and restaurants, taverns and shops to walk to and downtown Seattle just a 15 minute drive, you cannot do better.

The house was nice for our purposes, but initially missing some promised basics (can opener, size range of pots), and there were a number of maintenance problems.
Vacasa staff did remedy the problems we reported, but it appears this house is not very well cared for, so be sure to ask questions well ahead of time.
We greatly appreciate this helpful feedback. We apologize if this stay was less than perfect. We have ordered a can opener and will reach out to the owner to recommend a wider variety of sizing in the pots and pans. Our operations manager has a scheduled walk-thru of the property to address any maintenance. Thanks!

Close to everything we wanted to see. Walking distance to the lake, perfect location. No central air, which I know is common in this area, but we were up in the July so the placement of extra fans would have been nice. Overall great stay.
