When you step into our charming and sweet cottage located on the back portion of the property, with private access and parking, you are greeted by a well-lit cheerful space, elegantly decorated with tons of aesthetic appeal. Socialize with your friends and family in the combined living/kitchen space and take in the latest blockbuster release on Blu-ray, or your favorite Netflix show on the large flat screen TV. Relax outside in the outdoor space and grill your dinner on the BBQ! Cable TV, high speed internet, and a washer/dryer round out the amenities offered at this special vacation home.

You'll love taking walks or warming up by the outdoor fire in this low-key neighborhood that's still close to several fun sights. Golfing at Jefferson Park, hiking at Seward Park, and shopping and dining in the International District are all less than four miles away, with premier sights like the Space Needle only a little farther. If you’d rather leave the car at home and avoid driving and parking, walk a mile to the Beacon Hill light rail station, which runs from SeaTac Airport to the University of Washington with stops at CenturyLink Field and Safeco Field along the way.

Whether visiting for work, pleasure or both, this is the perfect launch pad for your Emerald City adventure! Book your next Seattle stay at the Seattle Sanctuary cottage today.

Everything you need in a terrific location to explore the Seattle area. We stayed for 10 days and couldn’t wish for a better experience. All the comforts of home with absolute privacy and no hassles, what more could you want?

Clean and comfortable little cottage. Yes, there is a little noise from the flight path, but if it bothers you, ear plugs would work. It didn't bother us. Very quiet neighborhood. Just minutes from downtown and Columbia City (Very nice restaurants) Seward Park is gorgeous and very walkable. The cottage is showing a bit of wear and would benefit from some "touch ups" (heads up to owner) I wish we could have stayed a few more days. Maybe in a couple of months! Thanks for the cable TV.

We were in town for Pearl Jam on a Friday night. The place was a short trip to Safeco so very convenient. Comfortable bed and couch, clean kitchen, bathroom and patio. We’d be back.

The house looked just like the pictures. It was small but perfect for two. Clean and comfortable. In an older part of town(south side) but really easy to get to and from activities.

The house is in a flight pattern so planes flew overhead every few minutes or so during the weekdays. You get use to them after awhile.

We went up for the weekend to stay and explore Seattle. The place was easy to find going off the owners instructions, and everything inside was new. The kitchen was full and the bathroom had everything you need. The patio was cool as well, the gas fire pit was a nice touch. Overall, the place was great and we will look for this one next time we come up to Seattle!

This little vacation home was perfect for my wife and I. It had all the amenities you could need, a wonderful bedroom set off from the living room and best of all you could see the Olympic Mountains from the private fenced in patio. It was super close to the Seattle attractions and super easy to get to.

It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Spent most of our time downtown exploring the sites but it was good to have this clean, nice place to stay at night. Easy to follow instructions for getting there and keys etc.
