The property looked great in the pictures and the location was near parks (which helps when you have a dog) but we were overall quite disappointed with the property. The first major issue we experienced was with the heating unit. There were no apparent ways to control the heat and so we spent the first night at this place bundled up and under blankets. We spoke with Vacasa and they helped us with the issue by providing a couple of standing heaters that really helped. In addition to that, the space did not have a single table - no dining or a coffee table which made it hard to work with our laptops indoors. The appliances were generally old - the microwave handle was broken, HOB had a couple of knobs missing, the patio blinds came off when we tried to roll them up. The patio photo was clearly taken when the weather was nice. When we showed up the benches or the firepit was unusable so we couldn't really hang out outside.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Seattle Sanctuary. It had everything we needed, and was well-stocked with dishes, cups, and eco-friendly shampoo/conditioner. The cute outdoor space was perfect for a glass of wine and conversation!

A bit besides the trouble, this little house was the right place for us to rest after long hiking trips. In the Kitchen you’ll find everything you need. Because of the location this place was the right home base for us to go on our tours to the east and west. Downtown seattle is reachable by car in 15min and century link field is 40min walk away.
All in all it was the right decision to stay here for our visit of seattle.

Everything you need in a terrific location to explore the Seattle area. We stayed for 10 days and couldn’t wish for a better experience. All the comforts of home with absolute privacy and no hassles, what more could you want?

Clean and comfortable little cottage. Yes, there is a little noise from the flight path, but if it bothers you, ear plugs would work. It didn't bother us. Very quiet neighborhood. Just minutes from downtown and Columbia City (Very nice restaurants) Seward Park is gorgeous and very walkable. The cottage is showing a bit of wear and would benefit from some "touch ups" (heads up to owner) I wish we could have stayed a few more days. Maybe in a couple of months! Thanks for the cable TV.

Great couples retreat for a few days or a great place for a single. Bed was very comfortable and the outdoor space was very enjoyable. If you’re sensitive to the noise of planes or trains you might keep looking, but it didn’t bother me. The one critique for the house I have is a few more essentials in the kitchen like spices, salt and pepper, coffee, cooking oil would be nice. It’s a pain to have to go buy this type of thing when traveling. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend this property!

We were in town for Pearl Jam on a Friday night. The place was a short trip to Safeco so very convenient. Comfortable bed and couch, clean kitchen, bathroom and patio. We’d be back.

The house looked just like the pictures. It was small but perfect for two. Clean and comfortable. In an older part of town(south side) but really easy to get to and from activities.

The house is in a flight pattern so planes flew overhead every few minutes or so during the weekdays. You get use to them after awhile.

This little vacation home was perfect for my wife and I. It had all the amenities you could need, a wonderful bedroom set off from the living room and best of all you could see the Olympic Mountains from the private fenced in patio. It was super close to the Seattle attractions and super easy to get to.

We went up for the weekend to stay and explore Seattle. The place was easy to find going off the owners instructions, and everything inside was new. The kitchen was full and the bathroom had everything you need. The patio was cool as well, the gas fire pit was a nice touch. Overall, the place was great and we will look for this one next time we come up to Seattle!

It was perfect for our weekend getaway. Spent most of our time downtown exploring the sites but it was good to have this clean, nice place to stay at night. Easy to follow instructions for getting there and keys etc.
