Come and spend a weekend, week, month or longer at this large three-bedroom condo on the bay in Orange Beach, Alabama. Perdido Grande is located off Canal Road in Orange Beach, near Sportsman's Marina, and between Phoenix on the Bay II and The Moorings. This condo has everything you need for a great stay, even a shared hot tub and swimming pool!

The unit is a beautifully furnished 2,000 square foot condo. The kitchen is fully functional and contains everything for your cooking needs! The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, the second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and there are two twin beds in the third bedroom. Each room has a TV, and free WiFi is provided throughout. The den has a TV, DVD player, and sleeper sofa. Everything you need to make this your new home - be it a night, weekend, week or longer!

The complex is minutes from great restaurants, water parks, the Rave movie theatre, marinas, the ocean, and charter fishing. Everything you need is at the touch of your fingertips!

This is an overpriced property that will only disappoint you. Which could make your vacation unpleasant. From the extra charge for your second car to have a parking pass even though you are given TWO parking spaces, trying to get a SINGLE key from the lock box, the 10 minute drive to the PUBLIC beach, plus codes to access other amenities may be unknown. All of this on top of dead outlets, sliding glass door that are quite difficult to open and close, worn furnishings, and not a broom to sweep up anything!!! I guess that's justified by the high cleaning fee that is charged!!!

Unfortunately, the parking passes are charged by the HOA onsite and are out of our control. We have worked on addressing the issues you encountered and confirm that a Kaba lock will be installed on the door. The outlets and sliding glass door have been repaired as well as other amenities provided. We hope to have a chance to impress you in the future.

loved that it was tucked away from the busy beach front and had a decent view of the bay. Dock fishing was great once I figured them out and tasted even better.
Didn't like the duct tape on jacuzzi, or no ice in fridge door after carrying luggage up 5 flights with the power out in July heat.
Could not get ahold of anyone on the property about issues like pool keypad numbers, and when i did get through they gave wrong numbers so we missed 3days of using amenities before we talked to a resident about it and they said the right code. Fixed the dryer for them so we could do laundry while there. It was caked with sand and dryer lint. We made the best of it but gf dont want the trip mentioned again so I dont believe we will be returning to perdido 2502

Beautiful place with lots of space! Enjoyed our stay here but also did run into a few problems while here. When we first got to the condo, the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was leaking all over the floor and it looked like somebody tried to soak up the water with a towel but then left the wet towel. Called for someone to come fix it and they didn’t come until our last day when we were already leaving. The dryer was also not drying any of our clothes or towels until someone came to repair that as well. The pool and boat dock were very nice and we had a few kids with us that enjoyed that! Overall it was good but running into those issues were annoying!

comfortable, well maintained, far from the maddening crowd but close to everything, a great combination. Hiking, biking, beachcombing, golfing, dining and shopping just minutes away. We love OB and this property is one reason why.

Plenty of room for my family. Condo very clean and felt very homey. I would definitely recommend this condo and go back again. Need to clean barbecue grill. It was nasty.

This condo was totally amazing. The view of the water was refreshing and the house had everything we needed. Due to a medical emergency we had to extend our stay and they made the process easy!! Will surely return!!!
