This beautiful, newly updated third-floor condominium offers gorgeous views of both the Emerald Coast and of the lush, tropical landscape surrounding the pool area. The bedding arrangement and spacious size makes it perfect for two families vacationing together. The balcony is accessible from both the master bedroom suite and living area. The master bedroom has a new plush, pillow-top king mattress, and the master bath has a separate walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub and double sinks. Both bedrooms and living area have flat screen TVs and DVD players, as well as a CD stereo system.

The views are amazing!!! The furniture and decor are perfect!! Beautiful kitchen and brand new washer & dryer!! A large table that seats 8 so it was nice to be able to sit down and eat dinner together!! Will book again!!

While all the units are comfortable and well maintained, this is my favorite. Each visit when I walk thru the door I know exactly what to expect. Every interaction with the front desk, maintenance dept(David) is pleasant. Sarah the new general manager definitely wants each guest to have the best possible stay. Thank you owner of 304 for sharing your home with us.

We absolutely loved this condo!
Very roomy 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.
Accommodations were awesome—so much Privacy between sleeping quarters. Private bathroom with each bedroom.
Fully furnished kitchen with all you need for making your own meals or snacks. We enjoyed many evenings on the high top table sharing wine and watching the sun set. BEAUTIFUL
We also enjoyed the low top outdoor table for fresh fish and steaks. Grills are available on the lower level. If you prefer to eat out, there are so many restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The dining and living room were nicely furnished and comfortable! Great views through the sliding glass floor to ceiling doors.
The swimming pool is meticulously maintained and huge! Nice walkable access to the beach through private walkway. Beach service chairs and umbrellas were fantastic!

You can’t go wrong by renting this well kept clean condo!! We plan to visit again and again!!
