Recent Seattle guest reviews

The home was very quiet and safe, comfortable, and clean. Fire place was cozy, and I felt at home the entire time. It was also very convenient to walk to buses and the streetcar. You can easily walk to Trader Joe’s, Co-op, and Moonlight Diner for pho as well. Great stay! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect property for city vibes. Very dangerous area though with a lot of crime. Lot of strip clubs near by which creates higher crime and more

This apartment is well located for visiting Seattle, with good walkability to the waterfront, Pike Place, etc. There are many restaurants nearby. There is a strong emphasis on security in the building and its enclosed parking. Some guests will not feel all that safe in the area at night, with a moderate homeless population presence, but we encountered no real problems. There are few maintainance issues, especially the upstairs closet door not being well attached. There were no teaspoons available, though otherwise the kitchen was adequately equipped. There was a good selection of spices available. There is a good gas grill in shared outdoor space on the floor (we did not use it), and a smallish pool and whirlpool spa in the sister building across a courtyard at level 3. Bedside plugs are are somewhat scarce. We would happily stay here again.
