Cool house for music fan, great location, older home maybe not for everyone.

The condo is beautiful. It is in the corner with full windows on both sides. Simple 50's modern design and comfortable. Nice to have door-people watch the lobby and let you in. Parking below was helpful. The door people sent us to the prop owners when there was an issue and the prop owners sent us back to the building staff. The issue did not get resolved, but they were gracious and helpful about it.

Big house in a safe and convenient neighborhood. The house has 4 bedrooms and office and an extra room with a sofa bed and TV. The 3 bathrooms have heated tiles floors. The kitchen is a big farmhouse kitchen with an island that seats 4 and a dining table with a built in bench that seats 8. The kitchen is well equipped. high end blender, food processor. The kitchen has French doors that lead to a small but nice slate patio with a view of the Seattle skyline to the south. The hot tub was crystal clear and a perfect 102 degrees. Down the street is Gasworks Brewing, a brewery/restaurant located on Lake Union. We recommend especially on a sunny day.
