From your spot on the historic Crown of Queen Anne, you’ll be walking distance from Seattle’s famous Space Needle, constructed for the 1961 World's Fair. On the grounds of the Seattle Center, you’ll also find the memorable EMP (Experience Music Project) - especially appealing to fans of Seattle music such as Jimi Hendrix and Nirvana - and the Pacific Science Center. Seattle Center is also home to the city’s only true IMAX screen, so if you’re in the mood to see the latest big release on the big screen, it could be a great place to visit!
This amazing 1920-square-foot house was built in 1910. A beautiful mixture of modern living and gorgeous antique touches, this home is both luxurious and functional.
Stop by a nearby grocery store to stock up your fully equipped kitchen! You’ll have a great time cooking on your stainless steel appliances, enjoying the luxury of granite countertops and white cabinets with silver fixtures.
When it’s time to eat, you'll find a glorious dining room right next to the entryway, with a chandelier, dark wood floors, and seating in charming white chairs and a long bench. If you want a more casual atmosphere, you have another small table right off the kitchen that can seat four, as well as a couple of stools in the kitchen itself.
If you want to discover another way to dine in true Seattle style, step out back to your wonderful patio area, complete with a dining table and a separate lounge area nearby with four chairs and decorative throw pillows. Your yard is fenced, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and space to let the kids explore.
Downstairs in the basement, you’ll find an excellent, carpeted den, complete with warm walls, a huge flatscreen TV, and lots of couch space so everyone can enjoy movie night.
This wonderful home will sleep up to eight guests (six adults) in four gorgeous bedrooms. One room with a twin bed is in the basement, and the other three bedrooms are upstairs on the top floor. You're welcome to bring up to two of your favorite canines with you, too, for a small nightly fee per dog.
Claim the suite with the queen bed and connected bathroom for your own, and give the kids the room with two twins. There’s another room with a queen bed upstairs, which is excellent if you’re traveling with a couple of adults. You’ll find a half bathroom off the kitchen and two more full bathrooms throughout the home for you to use during your stay.
You’ll also have free WiFi and basic cable, a private washer/dryer, and a stereo system in the dining room so you can play tunes while you eat!
Just down the street from this wonderful Seattle neighborhood, you'll find local grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and parks. When the sun peeks through the clouds, relax out front on your private deck, or head over to Howe Park, David Rodgers Park, or East Queen Anne Playfield – all nearby and all great for kids! Lovely Lake Union is just about a 20-minute walk away, where you'll find the MOHAI (Museum of History and Industry), The Center for Wooden Boats, lots of kayak rentals, and even the Amazon campus!
Ballard's lovely Golden Gardens, only a short drive away, is perfect for swimming in the lake in the summertime. The Ballard Locks are also nearby, where you can watch boats moving from Lake Union to the Puget Sound, and the kids can learn all about various types of Pacific Northwest salmon as they climb through the fish ladder!
Queen Anne is known for world-class dining, and in the evening, you’ll love scouting out some great local eateries. If you want to try something different, the colorful Fremont neighborhood is just 6 blocks to the north, where you'll find great restaurants, live music, dancing and a lively Sunday flea market that runs all year long!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! Very charming, and a fantastic location. We were able to walk to everything! Shops, bars, restaurants, and groceries. Uber's to the main city attractions were inexpensive when we felt like venturing out. I'd highly recommend this house and location for your next trip to the area.
Nice older home with modern kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. Would recommend for an extended stay with 4 people as we had. Only one issue, very sheer curtains in the two bedrooms and a neighbor with two flood lights on all night long made for a rough night sleep if darkness is important. Otherwise the home is located perfect for easy access to anywhere north of the airport. I would return (if curtains are fixed). Clean and well kept.
Very cute house in walking distance to downtown Queen Anne. Very nice deco.
Wonderful place with very spacious rooms! The location is perfect to Ballard and Downtown as well as to many great restaurants in Queens Anne! Looking forward to coming back!
We had a great stay at the Queen Anne rental. It had 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for the 7 of us (3 adults and 4 kids). Could probably fit 2 more adults. A few things to note if considering this rental. The location is great and has plenty of restaurants nearby. However, trucks come through the intersection at night and can be noisy. Additionally, there is no A/C so we opened the windows a lot (we were there in the summer). But the noise is bothersome. There are fans in all bedrooms so we used those at night and it worked fine. If you’re a light sleeper, maybe a noise machine would help. Otherwise, we had a comfortable and wonderful stay.
We stayed here for a business trip and were very happy with the result. Home was large enough to house for colleagues in Seattle for an industry event and met our needs perfectly. Would recommend.
Perfect location, walked everywhere in Queen Anne. Basement and room with 2 twin beds were perfect for the young boys while the adults hung out upstairs. Perfect pick for what we needed!
Queen Anne Delight is an adorable house in the best location. You are near a market, shops, dining and gyms! The house needs a little work when it comes to the bathrooms and kitchen items, heating and more than one channel on the TV. However, none of this outweighed the fact that the place was in the perfect area and really had everything one needs. I would definitely stay here again!
Loved the charming place. Lots of separate room for everyone and has plenty of bathrooms! Loved the area! Walking distance to grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. Excellent place for our family!
Myself and 3 friends (55 years old) LOVED our 4 nights in this property. We all had an amazing comfortable bed, lovely linens and plenty of room to relax. The property was so clean, so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and had all (and more) amenities for us. I personally wanted to "adopt" it as my own home and never leave. Be aware there are stairs to get to the front door and more stairs to get to the bedrooms, I had to help 2 of my friends with their luggage as their mobility is a bit compromised. Other than that if I ever go back to Seattle I will come back to this property. I also have become a fan a VaCasa over any other of the other rental options out there. Communication with them was professional and always very friendly and helpful. This is definitely a 5***** property!
Quaint cute home in beautiful Queen Ann! Great Seattle vibe and perfect distance to walk to restaurants and all shops. Well appointed and cozy.
Easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and more.
Had a great stay! Thank you to the staff for providing us with a clean, comfortable home for our visit to Seattle. We will be back for sure!
Wonderful location and comfortable accommodations
We loved this house, perfect for our group of 6 - bedroom layout was perfect - the bonus room/bath in the basement was enjoyed by one of my cousins. The kitchen was great - we had breakfast/coffee/tea each day. Public transportation in Seattle is so easy - we had no car - bus stop right around the corner. Bus routes marked very clearly at each stop. We think screen doors would be a big help, the weather was great while we were visiting & the house was comfortable, but it would be nice to have the doors open, to let the cool fresh air in.
We really enjoyed being able to walk around the lovely Queen Anne neighborhood with our little one. It is so convenient to all of the major city attractions but it has a small neighborhood feel to it so it is the best of both worlds!
This is a great property to get the Queen Anne classic home experience. An easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops made for some nice outings. There is some periodic traffic noise (mornings and daytime), but the freshness of the house and the proximity to shops and eateries out weighed the traffic noise.
Charming house with plenty of room for a large family get together. Queen Anne is a lovely neighborhood with great restaurants and stores.
Other that that, the accommodations were good, not great. We were there for a wedding weekend and got to see at least 3 other rental properties. Ours was in fair condition compared to the others. Questioning the value.
Loved the house and area!!! Thanks for letting us stay at your home!!
This house was in terrible condition and should not have been rented out in the state it was. The bathroom fixtures in the master and second floor bathrooms were non-functioning. Every time we showered, the knobs to control water temperature fell off, meaning the shower would turn scalding hot or ice cold while we scrambled to put the knobs back on. The shower head in the main bathroom is glued on and fell off with every shower. When affixed back, the seal was never perfect which meant water sprayed everywhere for the duration of the shower leaving the floors soaking wet. The disrepair we found the bathrooms in was the worst I'd seen in any property I've ever stayed in.
The floors were dirty, we swept the day we arrived and there was so much pet hair. The floors also needed a good mopping (I would have done it, but there was no mop available) as the floors had old stuck on food and drips. I feel embarrassed to have invited my family to stay with me in this house as nothing seemed to work correctly and it was not to level of cleanliness we are used to.
The house was never at a comfortable temperature. The cleaners left it so cold when we arrived, but even when we turned up the heat, the upstairs was still freezing because the forced heating system was only on the main floor. There are electric heaters for the upstairs rooms but I did not use them for safety reasons (the smoke detector was pulled out of one of the upstairs bedrooms - wires hanging out and all).
The condition of this house was in short, laughable. I couldn't believe the rental company would allow guests to stay in a property that had that many issues. From comfort to simple safety, this house failed on so many fronts.
This is very unfortunate as Vacasa makes every effort to make sure our guests have positive experiences. We are currently conducting our spring inspections and will be taking the necessary steps to remedy the issues. We appreciate receiving this feedback to work with.
i will say the homes are very beautufull and and the conpani vacasa are very helpfuly
A charming house with wood floors and beautiful kitchen. However, very cold with single paned windows and no vents heating 3rd level. A cat has recently been in the basement which is fully carpeted so if you have allergies be aware. Minor issues included multiple non-functioning lighting fixtures and lack of linens (2 face towels in the whole house). Location is within walking distance of Upper Queen Anne and 1 mile from Kerry Park. Want so much to love but this property lacked key items and features.
It’s great to hear that you were able to enjoy all of the charm this house has to offer! Your feedback is very appreciated. Our local operations manager was able to look into the concerns in the basement, lighting, and linens. The basement has has a professional cleaning - no animals have been in the home since. A humidifier has also been added, to alleviate its condition. All lights in the light fixtures have been replaced. And appropriate linens have been added to the home. We look forward to your next stay!
This place was excellent, great location and very nice amenities.
Close to Queen Anne restaurants.
Only one television.
We enjoyed the vintage character of this home and felt that the owners provided nice amenities for a stay of several days. There were several areas to gather and it was nice to have an extra full bathroom in the basement for our group. Parking was very easy and available. There were a few little quirks that come with an older home but nothing that kept us from using the home to its fullest and being comfortable. We would recommend this home to others, with the minor caveat that the cement access stairs to the front entrance might be a challenge for someone who doesn't handle stairs well as there was a section without a handrail. The interior basement stair that exits to the garage was our workaround as it has a good handrail. Just a heads up. The owners were very accommodating to a special request we made, for which we were very thankful.
This house is located in GREAT area BUT there were a lot of issues with the house that caused the stay not to be as great as I had anticipated. Leaky pipes, dirty kitchen, etc. It has GREAT potential so I hope they take the time to actually fix these issues to make the next guests enjoy their stay just a little more than I did.
We are sorry to see that there was a leak and some cleanliness issues during this stay. The Property Manager has fixed the leak and has addressed housekeeping regarding the cleanliness complaint. Thanks!
House was great with the exception of the fire alarms in the middle of the night. Great location, easy to come and go. It was on a much busier street than we anticipated, but wasn't terrible. Easy walk to the Queen Anne area of Seattle.
Fabulous location for family with 2 kids (4 and 2.5). Walkable to 2 parks/playgrounds, many restaurants and grocery stores.
Limited TV channels, but standard DVD player which the kids utilized. Bring your own movies or rent from kiosk at grocery store.
Street noise is audible, but fans helped with white noise, and wasn't an issue for us for naps or bedtime.
The house was perfect for our needs! Very clean and well kept. The decor was beautiful. I would definitely book here again!
Lots of room for a family. Bonus area in basement was nice. No ac but cool enough at night with windows open. Lots of places to walk to and bus line is close. Fun area.
Queen Anne's area is a nice residential area not far from shopping and downtown. We had a wonderful time as Seattle is a beautiful area to visit - so, so much to do and we were kept busy for the whole week. As we had my grandchild with us, time was spent at the house also. The barbecue was not workable, or even fixable. The hot water was running in the master and would not turn off (this had to be noticed by the cleaning crew, but was not mentioned as we ran into her when we arrived). The house itself was accommodating for a family of 6.
We apologize for the inconveniences experienced with the BBQ and hot water. The BBQ has been removed as an amenity for the time being, and the hot water is turned off until a plumber can replace the faucet as soon as possible so the hot water is no longer a problem.
Great location, clean and nice kitchen. The front bedroom was by a busy street. Given no air conditioning, it was noisy all night when the window had to be opened.
Near great coffee and pastry shops and a supermarket. Easy to get into Seattle.
Great property in Queen Anne. Very comfortable for 6-7 adults. Easy to walk to restaurants and stores. Took public transport downtown without problems.
Suggest How To Cook a Wolf for dinner!
The house was nice and clean. Worked well for our family of 7 for our short stay in Seattle. Weather was nice, so the fact that there is no air conditioning was ok for us (I know not all places in Seattle have AC, unlike where we live). Pots and pans need replacing and the main bathroom upstairs had issues with the shower. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available.
The Property Manager has inspected the upstairs shower and will provide instructions on how to properly use it to avoid leaking, we are waiting on permission to replace kitchen supplies, and we will get the rotted wood taken care of as soon as possible.
Nice neighborhood with Restaurants close.
Totally charming location and home with plenty of room for plenty of people. Loved it!
We loved the neighborhood! The proximity to Queen Anne Drive was wonderful, so many things to do within walking distance and just a short 10 minute drive to all the big attractions in Seattle. The decor was tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for our group of 7. The dishwasher is VERY quiet, which was used every day. The exact location of the house is on a very busy street, making it difficult to back out of driveway. Driveway is short, so park on street if you have anything larger than a Toyota RAV4. The house is old, so the flooring and plumbing is quite noisy. The backyard is quite and comfy with dining area and chat area. The porch is a great place to lounge and watch the sunset, but is quite noisy. No curtains on the main level windows, so no privacy at night. Two rooms upstairs only had muslin curtains so the light was not blocked at all, we were wide awake every morning at 5am. My kids said the twin beds were not comfotable, but the other beds were fine. TV can only be used for DVD watching, but no movies are supplied, bring your own. WiFi was down for 3 days during our 7 day stay, and we did not know to bring dvd's, so our kids were pretty bored in the evenings. The toaster only worked if you manually held down the lever. Knives were very dull. Chips in coffee cups and dinner plates. Stairs are VERY steep, and treads are not to current code (old house, so expected) so we all had to take care walking, use caution on lower level stairs to tv room, we had a family member fall. Those stairs are carpeted and easy to slide off. The first few steps up to the house are concrete and have no stair rail. The steps up the porch are steep and the rail needs to be sanded, we had a couple of splinter problems in hands. We have a few family members in the group with bad knees so negotiating the house was difficult. There are puzzles and games in the kitchen cabinet. Some cooking ingredients in one cabinet...spices and oil. Large fridge was nice. Freezer had trouble keeping Ice Cream frozen, Ice maker does not work. Bring ice, there was about 1/4 of a bag in freezer on our arrival.
We apologize that this stay was not more perfect. The Property Manager adjusted the freezer setting and the freezer is working well now. He is also looking into replacing the kitchenware so there are no more chipped dishes or dull knives. We will inspect the steps and hand rails in the near future to see what adjustments need to be made for guest safety.
The house is beautiful. Classic Queen Anne home with modern upgrades. Lots of room and the location is spectacular. Fun for a group getaway or even a single person or couple wanting to stay on Queen Anne. There is noise from the traffic so if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you but if you can put up with a little bit of traffic from the street then stay here!
I rented this house for a reunion party for my sister who grew up in Seattle. It is a great location and well appointed home. It was just perfect for our group to gather together and for 6-7 people to stay overnight. I highly recommend it!
The home was beautiful and Queen Anne was great. So much was right around the corner and within walking distance. The TV didn't have a cable box or DVD player, and the wifi was so slow we couldn't use it. At first it was almost impossible to get in touch with Vacasa, but as my trip approached I received help from very friendly staff. So, all of my issues could be easily addressed, and that would make this a pretty perfect rental property.
Had a girl's weekend away at this house and we were very comfortable there.
We had a lovely girls weekend in this lovely vacation rental. It was decorated incredibly cute, and had ample space for everyone. The kitchen was particularly lovely. Plenty of street parking, but was warned by the neighbor to be wary of parking incorrectly as many folks have received tickets. House is only a few blocks from the main street that goes through Upper Queen Anne Hill, and has a Trader Joes conveniently nearby. The upstairs bathroom door didn't shut completely, so the bench next to the door had to be used in order to make sure it was shut completely. The downstairs bedroom through the TV room was also a nice added space.
This home was perfect for our party of 6. We were in Seattle for a conference and this home had ample bedrooms and baths to accommodate our group. Close to everything. Also loved all the original vintage touches.
Beautiful home!! Loved our stay and love Queen Anne.
It is a busy street and you will hear traffic.
BBQ did not work
Claw foot tub cannot be used as shower.
Price is Awesome!! (January)
