The well-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze and the outdoor dining area in the balcony will allow you and your group to enjoy your meals al fresco. Treat your guests to barbecued meals using the shared grills available in the complex. Other great, shared perks available are indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a sauna, a hot tub, and even a tennis court! The outdoor shower will help you rinse off all the sand before going up to your condo.

This location will make every beachgoer crazy as you'll be sitting right on the beach with direct access from the pool area. Perdido Beach Boulevard features a handful of great, local restaurants. Half a mile north is Adventure Island, an amusement park with an erupting volcano! Less than four miles west is the Gulf State Park Pier, perfect for fishing. Stock up on groceries in downtown Orange Beach, one and a half miles away. There you'll come across more dining options, grocery stores, pharmacies, and markets.

Things to Know

• Effective immediately, all parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before your arrival, you will receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this. All guests must be 25 years of age, as well as the reservation holder in order to obtain a parking pass.
• From mid-December to June 1, 2024, the Phoenix III HOA will be upgrading the elevators. Maintenance will occur one at a time and during this period, there will only be one functioning elevator.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.
