Family-Friendly Townhouse with Shared Pool & Hot Tub and High-Speed WiFi!

Eclectic decorations, multiple decks, and central air conditioning come together to make this townhouse your next fun Florida retreat! Guests will enjoy talking together on the living room's plentiful seating, and everyone can help out with cooking in the full kitchen. You'll love the intricate tile work in each of the bathrooms that makes each space feel luxurious and fully unique. Young guests will love the hall bunks. Guests will be easily be able to walk to the beach as well as the shared hot tub and outdoor pool. When you're back, just throw your towels in the private washer/dryer and enjoy a refreshment on the balcony.

The beach is just a short walk away, but there's lots to enjoy in the area! Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets just half a mile away. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the Raven Golf Club and Emerald Bay Golf Club (both within four miles from the townhouse). Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just under seven miles from the condo.

No boats or trailers are allowed on Mainsail property.

No golf carts, scooters, or skateboards are allowed on Mainsail property.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Water Access: Beach access is located just a short walk from this home, signs are posted around the property. There are 2 shared pools, 1 is located in the center of the complex and other 1 is located Gulf front.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

This townhome was great! The beds and furniture were very comfortable. There is plenty of room and we had everything that we needed. It is in a great location with accessibility to everything that you would need. It is a short walk to the beach and loved the 2 pool areas. It was very peaceful in the mornings sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee. I will definitely return to this unit.

Vacasa was wonderful. The property management however needs some work. The house was nice, but in dire need of some cosmetic/maintenance. The shower in one of the bathrooms wouldn’t turn off. We called to report it. The next day, they came to tighten the knob. Then it didn’t work at all. The jets on the hot tub didn’t work at all and that was “above” the maintenance guy’s “pay scale”. He was supposed to send someone back by, two days later we checked out. Pictures fell off the wall and hit mine and my son in law in the head. Door screen hinge came out of wall. If you hung something on a hook, it would fall and bring hook with it. Little things like that.

Once again, these issue was not due to Vacasa. But maintenance really needs discussed. Especially when one of the reason you pick that spot was because to the jacuzzi bathtub, and then didn’t even get to use it

We had lots of fun in this beautifully spacious home surrounded by tons of activities and places to eat. With the beach only a two minute walk from the townhouse, and multiple pools on the grounds, we would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who might be looking for a fun vacation spot or a relaxing beach getaway. Thank you to the Beasley family for allowing us to make family memories in your beautiful townhouse!
