Best location with the ocean on one side and the lake on the other.
Sharon G. Jan 2019
Peaceful and well-appointed home.
Katy V. Dec 2018
This house was just lovely! I would highly recommend staying here. It was so cozy and comfortable. We would definitely go back.

High Points
- the location can't be beat. You can see the estuary from the back and the ocean from the front.
- bald eagles and herons every day
- you can hear the ocean
-the TV is great entertainment at night, perfect couch
- (note: dishes have been updated)
- Sauna is a plus+
- there are hidden trails in them hills to run (if you want)

Cons
- I love being warm and the pellet stove takes a bit to heat up (which is fine), but to stay really warm, the pellets get eaten up fast. Make sure you have enough.

Our family had a wonderful time relaxing after Thanksgiving and spending quality time together at your home. Thank you!
Bryan C. Oct 2018
Our son and daughter in law and our dogs enjoyed a long weekend here with the upstairs essentially serving as a private suite for one couple. The beach was easy to access and relatively quite even on a weekend. We greatly enjoyed the sauna and the solitude while having Tillamook a short drive away for groceries. The best of both worlds.
Lawrence A. Sep 2018
Location is fantastic. Quiet community, deserted beaches. Awesome location with the ocean on one side and tranquil lake on the other. House is comfortable and clean and a good choice for two families with kids or one family with a lot of kids. Lots of sleeping options upstairs. Sauna was awesome. One caution: If cooking matters to you bring your own pots and pans. The ones provided are bad.
Amy H. Sep 2018
The beach was easy to access; the view from the living/dining/kitchen was great; the kitchen was well equipped; the sauna was fun
Kim L. Sep 2018
Fees that rental company tacked on were not explained and dog fee was higher than we have ever paid. Pots and pans ere disgusting, need to be replaced and light bulbs should be replaced when burned out, also, the windows look like there were not washed all season. If you want to use the canoe or kayak as how low the water is at the house. Home had great views (if windows were clean), beds were comfortable, linens were nice. Very private location but close to town.
Manager response:
We appreciate this feedback and are glad to see our guest enjoyed the location. We apologize for the unusually low lake level and any distress it caused our guest. We clean the windows bi-weekly and apologize if they were in a state for this reservation. We will be inspecting the kitchen inventory to replace what is in need of replacement. Thank you!
Lori K. Aug 2018
Awesome secluded location sandwiched between the ocean and lake. View of ocean from living room was a bonus. Plenty of towels and bedding. We really had to work to get the canoe out past the overgrown grass near the dock but once you are out past the grass its fine. It was very shallow water until you get much farther away from the dock. Good communication about early check in and late check out options. If it had an outdoor hot tub and a picnic table for outdoor dining on one of the decks it would be perfect. I would stay here again and recommend to friends. It was priced a pretty high for the size of the house but our stay was in early August which we understand is high season. Thanks for the great weekend!
Mardi G. Aug 2018
Amazing to have ocean and lake right there on either side of the house. Was awesome to take the boats out and see the ducks and pelicans. Foggy much of our stay but that’s summer in Oregon and did not deter our enjoyment at all.
Merinda R. Apr 2018
Six adult sisters checked in Tuesday and checked out Saturday. We took excursions during the days: North to Astoria, south to Newport, and a day close to home.
The HOUSE: the kitchen was sufficient for each to prep and pack her breakfast and snacks to her taste. Also great for the pizza dinner and made-from scratch soup.
Two 3/4 baths plus a sink in the master with plenty of towels and soap.
Plentiful pillows and decent beds. Two TV sets. Sufficient couches, table for 6 plus bar stools. Washer and dryer (spin cycle shakes the house)
It feels homey and reminiscent of a family cabin: the furniture is not brand new high end... it might have been moved here with experience. The blue couch has been sat on and napped on, etc. It is a bit tired, but still in service.
Ultimately the house was absolutely fantastic for our purposes. If you understand that it is not new, it can be fantastic for you, too.
The NEIGHBORHOOD: incredible location. It was out of a dream. We opened the window to sleep to the sound of the surf and a chorus of croaky frogs. The dock provides access to the lake 40 steps from the house. (Didn’t actually take the boats out- but it would have been easy.)
The ocean is best accessed by walking past two houses to a good path; but you could walk through the tall grass straight out from the house.
We took a run along the beach to the rocks below Cape Meares headland. Maybe half a mile to the south. Walked north a similar distance at sunset. The beach is firm and flat and nearly deserted. We found many varieties of shells and rocks.
Tillamook is 20 minutes drive. Grocery, bank, hospital, diners, take-n-bake pizza, cheese factory and ice cream...
The location was fantastic. A dream.
I would absolutely recommend it again. I will definitely consider renting this house again when I bring my husband and kids to Oregon.
Jenna K. Mar 2018
Great stay for two days on the coast. Our family loved it and it was the perfect size for us. Clean and cozy with views of the ocean and lake.
Ashley W. Feb 2018
This house was in a nice spot - between the river and the ocean so the views were great. The closest town is Tillamook which is about a 10-15 minute drive. Good spot for a home base to explore Oceanside, Short Beach, Netarts, etc. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced.
Manager response:
We have asked the owner about replacing the couch and will have it professionally cleaned in the meantime. Thank you!
GREG V. Jan 2018
Great spot for a relaxing get away
Bill O. Jan 2018
Property was perfect.
Eric M. Dec 2017
As mentioned above, the family/ dining/ kitchen area of this house is SMALL. We were OK with 2 adults but I don't know how a med. sized family can fit in there other than just to sleep or take shifts eating. The shades did not work to fully see the view, unhealthy pots and pans- bring your own, inadequate insulation in a portion of the house (freezing). The partial view of the ocean out the front windows , ones that you could see out of, was nice and the view out the kitchen window of the bay was beautiful but the neighbor's place is a mess, kept that shade down. The one couch in living area has seen it's day. Nice access to the beach but at high time very little access at all. Overall disappointed.
Sarah W. Oct 2017
Cape Meres is a gem. The house is right on the beach and lake - great location.
Elizabeth D. Sep 2017
Nice place to get away to
Charles H. Sep 2017
The next door neighbor threatened us with a gun to shoot down a drone. All this in front of my four-year-old granddaughter repeatedly cussing and yelling at us. Every time we came outside. We came back with our dog and he threatened us said that if that dog comes near his property it will be going to the vet. The police had to be called buy your property manager. That having police encounters is not how I planned on spending my vacation time it was horrible my granddaughter never wants to go there again I feel that I am out of reimbursement for my time or time at another home. Please contact me when you receive this. Also I don't remember the guy's name that came to the house but he was very helpful and did a good job
Jeffrey G. Sep 2017
This vacation house was great home base for our day hikes, beach visits/agate hunting and many other activities.
Kiana J. Sep 2017
The views were amazing. We had coffee on the large deck overlooking the serene lake in the mornings and wine on the large deck overlooking the ocean in the evenings. The property was great and the location was divine!
Brandi V. Aug 2017
The house was perfect for our two families. It was a fantastic getaway in such a special location with the lake on one side and the ocean beach on the other.

We also really appreciated Vacasa's notifications and professional care of the place.

We'll be back!
Chris H. Aug 2017
We loved the location and the house. We got to enjoy the ocean in front of the house and the lake behind the house. We hiked to Cape Meares and got to see spectacular tide pools.
The house was well equipped to handle our large group and we cooked up big meals with seating for all. It was a great little adventure. We were also able to bring along our 5 month old puppy and he got to play in the ocean for the first time. That was pretty spectacular. The house is perfectly located for out-of-the-way stays. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Jaci S. Aug 2017
Quiet dead end street with direct, easy beach access! Perfect for families or moms weekend. Comfortable beds and open concept kitchen. Clean and live there option to have our dog come with us.
Kirsten G. Aug 2017
The location of this house is amazing. Kayaked and canoed on the lake our very first day; launching from the back yard. In summer, the lake was fairly shallow and lots of grasses had grown close to shore, but we were able to get the boats out farther away from the overgrowth. Short walk over to the beach - about a football field. Views of both the lake and the ocean from the house. Could watch sunrise and sunset from the house. Great agate collecting on the beach. Beach not crowded at all. Can walk a long way and our dog enjoyed swimming in the ocean. 5 minutes from Tillamook for supplies. Cape Meares lighthouse, Oceanside and Netarts a short 15 minute drive away.
Heather K. Jul 2017
We had a great weekend exploring the tide pools and making drift wood forts. The house provided the backdrop for a beautiful coast adventure.
Francisca P. Jul 2017
Kayaks, canoe, boat, lake at the back doorstep, ocean a few steps out the front. Great getaway if you're looking to be away from people and have ocean treasures and a secluded lake be your entertainment. The home has amenities like cable and wifi and gaming systems, but it was super easy to just be unplugged and offline of everything. Dog friendly always a definite must for us, the home even has a crate set up in case you need to leave the pooch behind (but with a lake and beach for daily enjoyment, no need to leave the pooch inside!). Overall, excellent home. Off a quiet dead-end street in a quiet dead-end town. If you're looking for a place to just 'be' once you've arrived, this is your place. I will say if your goal is to be hitting touristy shops and towns and attractions on the coast, this is probably one of the worst locations you could be looking at.
Julie C. Jul 2017
Lovely, comfortable home with ideal beach access.
Brian W. Jun 2017
This is the 3rd time we have rented this property. We love the location of this house with the lake on one side and the ocean a short walk on the other side. The house is very accommodating and comfortable. Our kids enjoy using the kayaks and canoe on the lake. Cape Meares is a beautiful area and a great place to visit!! We hope to visit again!
Dennis W. May 2017
Scott E. May 2017
The booking process was easy and pleasant . accommodations were good and the location was awesome.
Loran K. Apr 2017
With views of the ocean and access to the bay this house was great. It was also very well stocked with all the basics you would need in the kitchen or around the house. The kayak, canoe and row boat were an added bonus. I highly recommend this property for a beach get a way.
Amanda G. Apr 2017
We loved it here.
Darrell M. Mar 2017
We would be happy to stay here again.
James V. Mar 2017
We stayed at waters edge during the second week of March. The location is suburb if you want to enjoy the coast. You can walk for miles on the beach in both directions. Some nice tide pools to the south and the sandy peninsula to the north. The view from the cabin is great in nearly all directions. Tillamook is just a short drive away. We spent time at the airplane museum and at the library (which is great for kids). Had a nice dinner in Oceanside one night after visiting Cape Meares Lighthouse and drove down to Depot Bay for a whale watching tour. Neighbors to the north seem to like their seclusion...so be aware.
BRADLEY S. Nov 2016
Cape Meares is a great little area. It has no services, so there is no traffic and no crowds, just a great stretch of beautiful beach. The house has a great location just behind the sand dune. The house is roomy and has two bathrooms and two levels. The wifi worked well and was easy to connect. The furnishings, cookware, glassware etc are very well worn. A nice place to stay if you can take the nightly price, and aren't overly picky.
Dawn B. Oct 2016
This house is sandwiched between the ocean and Cape Meares Lake. It has the most wonderful secluded sand beach that you can walk and immediate access to Bayocean Peninsula Park which is another ecosystem all-together. Then on the other side of that is the Tillamook Bay. We felt like we were in 3 different vacation locations. If you like to walk, you can do an 11 mile circular loop and catch an elk herd at the end like we did! We'd like to come back when the lake is full again and be able to kayak as well.
Amy M. Oct 2016
We really enjoyed our stay. Ocean is right out the front window and you can hear it from every room. The lake was dry during our stay, but there were plenty of other things to do...including flying a kite that they had at the house. We will be back for sure!
Diane And Edward L. Sep 2016
The quiet neighborhood and beach access is amazing.
Christina N. Aug 2016
We had a great time at Cape Meares! The house couldn't be any closer to the beach, and the coastline was private and well kept. The house itself, while a little older, was well maintained, clean, and had all the necessities we needed for a relaxing weekend. We really appreciated the fact that the property was dog friendly, and even came with a crate.
Beth E. Jul 2016
I will have great memories from our week staying in Cape Meares. I love this small quite town, and was sad to leave. The house was great, but in need of some minor upkeep. I loved the layout. The kitchen was open to everyone, and the bedrooms and loft worked out great for our family. My mother-in-law loved that she had a little place to get ready in her room. Great family house. Hope to come back.
Steven P. Jun 2016
It's a well-worn place, but totally comfortable and the location is perfect. Availability of canoes/kayaks/rowboat was cool.
John P. Jun 2016
We loved everything about our stay, we walked on the beach, we went up and down the coast highway and completely relaxed. We sat on the front porch and enjoyed the view and we sat on the back porch and enjoyed the view. We kept the doors and windows open almost the entire trip and enjoyed the openness of the house. Would recommend staying here if you get a chance. Everything you would need is a short and pleasant drive to Tillamook. Thanks for a great vacation!
Marlene B. May 2016
Perfect location, beautiful quiet beach, stunning views of ocean and lake. Short drive to town. All you could ask for in a quiet and cozy getaway.
Amanda A. Apr 2016
This property doesn't disappoint as far as location goes. If you want to be surrounded by water , this is your place ! I really liked that you can take the kayaks out on the water in the morning and spend an entire Beach day in the afternoon. The house is cute and quaint. Needs some updating but overall really nice. We had a great stay here and we'll definitely come again.
Lori L. Apr 2016
Our family really enjoyed our stay here in Cape Meares. It was close to the town of Tillamook which was fun to visit. The beach was fun to hunt for treasures and we loved canoeing on the lake.
Lea O. Apr 2016
Our family will have memories of a lifetime! The experience of seeing the ocean for the first time right outside our doorstep and the calm waters of the lake to the right...how can you top that?
Courtney D. Apr 2016
House worked great for us. Beach was beautiful, weather was great.
Tracy H. Mar 2016
Enjoy
Joe R. Jan 2016
Enjoyed a summer week here at Waters Edge and came back to enjoy a winter weekend on beach for new year. Weather was a factor (very very windy) but we knew could be snug at this great family home.
Kai H. Dec 2015
Most amazing location of the house. Our favorite spot at the OR coast now. However, house while ok could use some love. Most notably it smells like dogs (carpets) and could benefit from some painting and fresh cookware. Beds are ok, though noisy. Living room too cramped while having amazing views.
Emily C. Nov 2015
A lovely place with spectacular views. We really enjoyed it.
Patricia M. Oct 2015
I searched for a spot that would be great for a 4 dog family vacation. This site was it...a lake, the ocean so very close and quiet in October. It was perfect. The dogs got their walks and even off leash runs on the shoreline every day. The ocean was a quick little walk away. There was ample patio space to clean them off before going back inside too. My sister and I enjoyed ourselves as much as the dogs. We forgot how much fun it is to laze around and watch movies, catch up on reading and walk dogs...nothing more. We will be back. Thank you.
Patricia C. Sep 2015
The house is a perfect location for both sunrise and sunset. The sun rises over the lake in the rear of the house and sunsets can be enjoyed from the couch. Two of us were recovering from some lower back issues so the walk from the house was troublesome for us. If we hadn't had the back issues, it would have been an easy trip. We're planning another trip when the back issues are resolved. The house if well-furnished with cooking, eating and drinking utensils. Tillamook is a short drive if you rather do restaurants than cook. We plan to do more of our own cooking next time. Pacific City is also near and has a huge sand dune and a local retailer has sand board rentals. We didn't partake but younger adults and kid would probably enjoy it.
Dennis G. Sep 2015
This house is absolutely perfect and I can't say enough about the location! We'll certainly be back!
Jeana W. Jun 2015
This vacation home is in a great location and provides a wonderful Oregon coastal experience. There are many things to do and all kinds of wildlife to see. We saw elk, salamanders, an eagle, all kinds of birds, sea anemone, crabs and found many sand dollars. My entire family enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. We were in them multiple times each day. We walked the wide, expansive beach and climbed the rocks toward the south to discover tide pools. The layout of the home is very nice. The small beach community lends itself to relaxation. Our biggest problem with this home was the poor overall maintenance. I had read about some problems in previous reviews hoping that things had been corrected. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We found many issues throughout our stay and they all were because of poor maintenance of the home. The carpet was stained, the closets were stuffed with "stuff", some things did not work, the canoe seats were broken, and the range did not work well. We worked through all of this and readjusted, but all of these and more point back to poor overall maintenance. I would recommend this property because of its location and the Coastal experience, but be prepared for a more "worn" home than what you might expect.
Manager response:
Thank you for your comments. We will work with the owner on making repairs when possible. We are glad to see that you enjoyed the great location!
Stephanie V. Jun 2015
My husband & I needed to get away for the weekend to unwind & relax from work. We booked this place on short notice and we were pleasantly surprised with the amazing views the house offered. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by the lake & ocean. We even got to see a bald eagle hunting for dinner in the lake.
The home was comfortable and well furnished. While it was just the 2 of us, I could see how the home would be comfortable for a large family or groups of couples.
The sauna was a nice treat and we appreciated the detailed instructions. Only downside: Couldn't seem to locate the espresso machine as advertised in the description, but we were satisfied with just a drip coffee maker.
Manager response:
We will locate the espresso machine as soon as possible. We are delighted to see you enjoyed the rest of the home and the lovely view. Thank you!
Nanette S. May 2015
Just let the guests know to turn the heat off you have to turn the thermostat down past off or it will still blowout hot air. We loved having a lake on one side and the ocean on the other, so cool! Oh and we had a hard time finding the switch for the garage disposal, so a note on the wall telling where it is would be helpful to otherS.
Manager response:
We are delighted to see that you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate your tips for future guests. This house really is in such a beautiful spot. Thank you for choosing Vacasa!
Cyndi P. Apr 2015
What an ideal place to stay with the family!! The ocean on one side & the lake on the other... The house itself is better than the pictures! Very clean & cozy & spacious!! They had kytes, & kayaks & a BBQ! & decks on BOTH sides overlooking the waters. WE LOVED IT! So peaceful, & to hear the ocean as we slept was soothing! Make sure to bring a soccer ball, my kids kept going on the sand & playing. The summer would be even better with warmer weather, but rain or shine this house is the ultimate relaxation spot for the whole family! Cyndi In Oregon
Shenna N. Apr 2015
we were down at the coast for my wedding and I loved this house I hope they can address the few issues that I had with my stay and then I will be back in the near future.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review. The Property Manager is already working on the issues you had during your stay in the hopes that we can get them resolved soon. Thank you for choosing Vacasa!
Eric S. Mar 2015
Fun place to stay with lake and ocean access.
Brent B. Mar 2015
Nice place
Nice time!
Thank you
Dennis W. Mar 2015
The location is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the bird song and view from the porch overlooking the lake (we saw a bald eagle and a great blue heron, among others). We also appreciated having the kayak and canoe, which we used to explore the lake. On our first evening, we walked northward on the beach and saw three elk at the top of the dunes. They were obviously used to seeing people. When we climbed the dunes to see if there were more, we found a herd of 17. It was the highlight of the trip...and quite unexpected.
Manager response:
Thank you for posting your review! We are glad to hear you were able to enjoy the many views this amazing home and Cape Meares has to offer!
James H. Feb 2015
A wonderful location for nature lovers, nestled between a lake and the beach. The large back deck overlooks the lake and is a wonderful vantage point for observing numerous waterfowl (many species of ducks, mergansers, grebes, heron), songbirds, even muskrats. A very large and sparsely used beach is literally less than 100 yards away. Decent ocean views from upstairs, and partial views from first floor. Cape Mears has no ammenities and the road to Oceanside/Netarts is currently closed. Tillamook is about 7 miles away so plan accordingly.
Tyler C. Feb 2015
We enjoyed everything about this property: beautiful views, canoeing on the lake, strolling on the beach, relaxing in the sauna, etc. The grill and fully equipped kitchen were also extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!
Manager response:
We are happy that you had a great time and had everything you needed in the home! We can't wait for you to visit again!
Blair I. Dec 2014
The birders in our group had a ball on the back porch, looking at birds (and a raccoon), and continued from the dining area when it rained. 19 species in 2 days. The beach was great too. We even saw a long ride by a surfer.
This is not a 5 star place, if that's what you want. But it's a really nice location, it's well equipped,, and it's a good value based on comparisons with other places up and down the coast. We'll come again.
Rachel L. Jul 2014
We could decide if we wanted to stay at the beach or a lake, so decided to try this house as it had the best of both worlds. Never heard of Cape Meares so it was the house not the area that attracted us. The views are spectacular. We had fun walking along the beach and canoeing on the lake. The cold weather didn't allow for much else outdoors.
The house had everything we needed and then some. It felt more like we were staying at a friends house then a vacation rental compared to others we've tried, which were more streamlined with basic necessities and less cluttered. The owners personal belongings that no renter would need are located all throughout the house. However, renters can benefit from the abundance of stuff, including boats, bikes, specialty kitchen appliances, video games, and more. Very kid friendly, so we were able to take advantage of the kid sized bikes, life jackets, kitchenware and even a bathroom stool.
Cape Meares itself is pretty isolated. On a map it looked much closer to restaurants, etc. However, you must drive all the way around the bay to reach them.
We would definitely consider staying at the house again if we ever return to the area, but plan to spend the 1st day deep cleaning!
Linda F. Jul 2014
This home is very nice. It's best quality is that it's on the beach and lake. We enjoyed the tide pools, caves, driftwood and sand dollars on the beach. And we enjoyed the canoe and fishing on the lake. We caught a few trout and saw beavers and their dam on the lake. Oh and also saw bald eagles. It's a little drive into civilization but everything we needed wasn't too far. We frequented the Tillamook Cheese Factory too many times for ice cream! We went crabbing and caught 3 big Dungeness crabs at Jetties Marina and saw gorgeous waterfalls on a drive through the woods. It was a very relaxing vacation that we enjoyed very much!
Joe R. Jun 2014
Whole family blown away by this trip and largely due to this home we got privilege to stay at for a time. Our 4 yr old wanted to live here forever. We will be back!
Manager response:
Thanks for this great review. Having your 4 year old want to live in this beautiful home forever is a pretty amazing compliment! We hope you'll come visit again.
Molly M. May 2014
This home was wonderful. We had a 1 1/2, 3, and 5 yr old, plus a dog. The kids loved the mermaid themed beds, and enjoyed playing the board games. The older girls loved going on a canoe ride with Daddy on the lake. This home truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Towels, linens, heck even a kennel for the dog. The espresso machine was a nice bonus too! And the views are amazing and peaceful!
Robert G. Apr 2014
You have the beach to yourselves mostly. Kayaking in the lake was great. I have rented many times on the Oregon coast and this was the best place in the price range. Loved it....
Manager response:
Thanks for this great review. We're very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with the beach and kayaking. Come again!
Christine C. Oct 2013
This house is in a very quiet town near the end of a street. In October (and I imagine the rest of the year) it was very peaceful. The views are beautiful. From the back deck you can see your own small dock and the birds fishing on the lake. From the north windows you can see the lake and sand dunes and views of the ocean. From the front you look across the sand dunes and driftwood to the ocean. We enjoyed walking the north and south parts of the beach and picking up crab shells with our kids. The house was nice. It was October and cold but the heat works great. The open kitchen/living area allowed me to cook while gazing out the window while my kids played and colored. The couches both upstairs and down were cozy and great for movies watched on the big TVs (they had both children's and adult DVDs and VHS). The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a quick canoe in the lake. We took day trips to the other Capes - and really loved the Cape Lookout Trailhead - but if you have young kids be prepared to keep them close as the drop offs were close and fell 400 feet to the ocean. There are some restaurants and a Safeway Grocery about 15 minutes away. We didn't have any great meals out but had some wonderful meals at "home". We would highly recommend this home. There is plenty of room with two full living rooms if you decide to come with a larger family or some friends.
Sue F. Aug 2013
We loved staying at Water's Edge for our running camp. There was plenty of room upstairs and down for conversation, games and movies.... and the location near both the lake and beach was perfect. We will definitely stay there again!!!!
Kathy G. May 2013
We would stay here again, if the bird and ant problem were remedied. Other than that, the views and location are out of this world. Thank you
Manager response:
Thank you for your review! We appreciate your insights and we have taken measures to alleviate these issues. We apologize that the birds were giving you grief during your stay. We hope to have you back again soon!
Sara G. Feb 2013
This house is a wonderful getaway, even in the winter. The views are fantastic on both sides of the house, and we were always grabbing the provided binoculars to check out a beautiful bird out on the lake. The beach is just a quick walk over the rocks, and we didn't see another soul on the sand for our entire stay! Our dog loved playing fetch on the beach and swimming in the lake, and it was an easy trip into Tillamook for groceries. Quiet, peaceful, perfect for a working vacation (the Internet was very fast!). We'll be back!
