St. James is a lovely, quiet, gated community with plenty of fantastic amenities and offering endless security. This beautifully furnished retreat offers breathtaking views of St. James Marina and the Intercoastal Waterway. Enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the boats go by from your private screened porch complete with an outdoor dining area. This newly renovated condo has spa-like serenity. It is fresh, clean, and beautiful with easy access to marina shops and restaurants.

The air-conditioned, open floor plan seamlessly combines the living, dining areas, and kitchen with beautiful water views. The well-appointed, new kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals and treats. The freshly decorated living room is a comfortable and relaxing spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Curl up on the sofa and watch a favorite show or movie on the large TV. The primary bedroom has water views and direct access to the screened porch overlooking the marina. It has a TV and an en suite bathroom that has recently been updated to include granite countertops, a walk-in shower, and new cabinetry. There is a second bedroom with a TV, an en suite bathroom, and a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, a sink, and a toaster. Marina guests have access to Beacon 315, a waterfront restaurant with a tropical bar. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. The marina also has shopping, a pharmacy, and a marina store.

In addition, guests will have access to the St. James Beach Club where guests have access to the beach using a private entrance. The beach club includes a saltwater pool, changing areas, bathrooms, and a covered deck with tables to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. There are foot showers and a walking path for an easy transition from beach to beach club.

Waterway Park is within walking distance of the villa. Guests have access to a shaded barbecue area with tables. The park also has a playground, bocci ball, volleyball, a pier for fishing, and a kayak launch.

This is a fully-gated community complete with miles of walking and biking trails. Other must-visit attractions include the darling town of Southport with restaurants and shops, Oak Island pier, and ferry access to Bald Head Island for fun day trips. Three grocery stores, gas stations, and pharmacies are close by.
