In addition, guests will have access to the St. James Beach Club where guests have access to the beach using a private entrance. The beach club includes a saltwater pool, changing areas, bathrooms, and a covered deck with tables to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. There are foot showers and a walking path for an easy transition from beach to beach club.

Waterway Park is within walking distance of the villa. Guests have access to a shaded barbecue area with tables. The park also has a playground, bocci ball, volleyball, a pier for fishing, and a kayak launch.

This is a fully-gated community complete with miles of walking and biking trails. Other must-visit attractions include the darling town of Southport with restaurants and shops, Oak Island pier, and ferry access to Bald Head Island for fun day trips.
