Parking notes: DIRECTIONS TO PARKING GARAGE FROM 1415 2nd Avenue: Go South on 2nd to Union Avenue and turn Right. Turn Right into the first driveway, the Target parking lot. Pull up to first gate and locate the grey box mounted from the ceiling; hold access card up, through your windshield, facing the box and hold it until the light turns green and the gate opens. Make sure your vehicle is pulled up close enough to the gate/arm that the underground sensor is tripped by the vehicle. Proceed down to Level E and park in space 178. This is the only authorized parking space for your use. Guests may use the Target public parking. This is a city style, underground parking structure best suited to small cars/smaller SUVs. There is a posted sign for extremely low clearance at the entrance. Follow the Exit sign and the purple arrows to the vestibule for the elevator bay. Swipe access card next to grey box next to the door and enter. Take elevator to floor 17. Locate unit #1707.
Please note: Take your access card with you whenever you leave the condo as you will need it to access various parts of the building. Also, if you were unable to provide vehicle information prior to your arrival, please either contact us or the Newmark Tower concierge with the following information: car make, model, year, color, and license number.
*The parking garage has a height restriction of 6'4" that includes a "no car-top carrier" provision. Please keep this in mind when arranging travel plans.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

First of all, it is a beautiful, charming condo in the heart of Seattle. If you plan right , you should not need a rental car. A couple of downsides are that the condo is not air conditioned (place fans to blow cooler air in through dining room door), and the automatic blinds did not work (roll them up and store on top). Keys were tricky too. Really should get a new lock and key. Otherwise, really nice condo!

My family and I loved staying at the Newmark Tower. The place is conveniently located to downtown, Pike Market, and many other neighborhoods. Has great views and was very comfortable for my family of 3. It was also easy to hop on the interstate for day trips. The parking space was an added bonus as well. The check in and check out was great, as well as the communication through out our stay. Highly recommend this unit and company.

Great spot for exploring Seattle on foot, or as a base for exploring the greater area. Generally well appointed condo. Could be a bit cleaner upon arrival, still very dusty on floors. Ice Maker/Water Dispenser was broken. Fan in Master Bath broken. Blind in Living Room would not open or close. Some linens need replacing. Could easily be a five star with a little TLC.

My son and I stayed here for 9 days for recovery following his surgery. The location is amazing, super close to Pikes and tons of great restaurants. Even though indoor dining was closed due to the pandemic there were tons of choices for takeout and outdoor dining within walking distance. I loved reading by the large window, watching the ferries ply their way across the inlet! The concierges were all so nice and recognized us the second time they saw us. Staying in a secure building was definitely a plus and all the residents we encountered were quite friendly. The unit was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay, plenty of extra towels and bedding. It is not stated in the listing but the sofa bed is made by American Leather and is absolutely one of the most comfortable sofa beds on the market (I sell furniture for a living). The mattress in the master is firm but comfy! My son seemed to like the one in the second bedroom as well. Doug was great on check in, accommodating our last minute change in check in time. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Seattle.

Perfect for 2 couples; great location - 2 blocks from the nearest Link station on 2nd Ave., a block from Pike Place Market and, for those in shape, walking distance to everything else (ferries, restaurants, neighborhoods, museums, sports venues, et al.) The lobby/concierge staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our week's stay.

t was everything it said it was and more. We were especially surprised and pleased at the quality of the washer and dryer and the cookware-- calphalon nonstick cookware and sharp, rigid knives. Well stocked with utinsils. Beds were quite comfortable and the supply of towels was more than adequate.
