We absolutely loved our stay here! If you’re traveling with kids this is the house for you. There are toys galore, a high chair, a pack n play, booster seats for toddlers, a water table, swim floats for kids, etc.

The amount of seats in this town house are insane! There is a HUGE dining room table, an island with stools, a couch off off the kitchen, three couches in the living room and extra lounge chairs in there too.

On the top floor (third floor) there are three rooms and two full bathrooms (one of which in the master). The master has a king sized bed with en suite and an insanely huge closet that had a twin mattress in there that we used for one of the kiddos on the floor. There were also at least one if not two air mattress in there but we didn’t need them so we didn’t look more into the size or anything. There was a TV in the master as well. The other two rooms on the top floor had queen sized beds and decent sized closets, across the hall from those rooms is a full bath.
There is a thermostat on that level which is very nice for regulating the AC.

The AC worked well, not great but definitely not bad. It was HOT the week we were there and the AC had a hard time keeping up but when we woke up every morning it was back to what we had it set at. Super impressive considering the last five houses we’ve stayed at in Bethany all had AC issues.

On the second floor is the living space with a half bath, living room, kitchen, dining area, and bonus space with another living room area. There is a TV in both of the living areas. Off of the bonus space/second living area is a sliding glass door that leads out to a balcony with lounger chairs, a table and chairs, and an umbrella. We wish there would have been more shade out there because it was a great space just too hot to bring the kiddos out which is what we would have mainly used it for. The balcony is made out of composite wood which was really nice.

The first floor is the floor you walk into when you’re coming into the house. When you walk in the washer and dryer are the first things on your right as you walk down the hallway there are the steps to go up to the second floor and if you keep walking straight it brings you to a private area that is great for a family. It closes off with a door and there is a full bathroom, two bedroom, and a huge closet. The one bedroom has no windows so it is great for someone who needs a dark space to sleep. We used this level for a family with a baby and it worked out great for them to have privacy and not have to worry about the baby waking anyone up when it cried.

Cons:
- The WiFi is TERRIBLE, and they had just had someone out to “fix” it…I’m not sure what they fixed but the struggle is real when you just want to relax after a long day and mindlessly scroll your phone and it doesn’t work LOL. We all have AT&T and the service is terrible there as well so none of our phones worked basically at all in the house.
-The king bed in the master had some issues, I don’t know what the problem is but it was kind of lopsided. Still sleep-able but not ideal.
-No vacuum that we could find to clean up crumbs from kids.
-Some not so friendly neighbors (but no actual issues with them).
-We had to wait a little bit (I think around an hour) after our check in time for the person cleaning to finish. She was very sweet and even with the language barrier she explained what all she still had to do and gave us an estimate of how much longer she would be.

FYIs:
-Pool closes at 6pm which we felt was early but might be a Covid thing.
-AC on the first floor and second floor work great, and top floor is a little warm during the day and into the night but cools off again by the time you wake up. Master bedroom was definitely the warmest room in the house.
-Only two parking spots in front of the house but there is more parking around the corner of the townhouses - super close.
-Garage is a little hard to lock.
-Townhouse is a middle unit.
-Pool is SUPER close. Probably one of the best features of the property.
-House is lock/unlock-able with a code which we LOVED not having to have a key with us.
-The majority of the house (if not all) has the type of outlets that are controlled by a light switch so a bunch of the top outlets won’t work without a certain light switch being on.
-There are ceiling fans in basically every room.

Overall would recommend but would be a 5 star with a few changes, a big one being the WiFi.

TLDR:
Great for families with kids, terrible WiFi, little bit hot on the top level but not horrible, super close to the pool but the pool closes early, quick drive to the beach, definitely would stay here again!

AC works great. Plenty of seating in dining room and living room. Wifi doesn’t work very well. Some furniture needs replaced. Overall it was fine.
