• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: Parking passes are included in your reservation and will be waiting for you upon your arrival. Please be sure to complete the information on your pass(es) before placement in your vehicle. Keep passes fully visible at all times. Please note that the HOA has a STRICT 2 vehicle Maximum per unit. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you will need to make other arrangements for them. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property. Such Vehicles Will Be Towed.
  ***Please note that for reservations longer than 30 days, you can purchase parking passes that are valid for 30 days, but after 30 days must go and purchase another one.
  ***March through October parking passes can be purchased for no more than two weeks per stay. November to March 1, passes will not be issued for no more than 30 days. So wintering guest will need to purchase passes each 30 days.***
