loved it being on 1 floor; loved the scenery; loved the closeness to the beach without all the beach traffic;

only area of concern is the refrigerator. does not keep items cold. also a sofa with a bed to accommodate more sleeping options might be a consideration This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This unit could use a blender and there were hardly any spoons. Also the sliding door from living room to deck was very, very, hard to open. We had to use the bedroom door always. Maybe it can be adjusted. We loved the unit and will be back next year This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
