Welcome to this magnificent, beach-themed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath, 3-story, 2573 sq. ft. home on the hillside in La Jolla - with serene sweeping ocean views from almost every room. The beauty of the location blends seamlessly with the unique beach inspired house design making it both contemporary and comfortable.

Just a short distance to La Jolla Village and beaches - this very private sanctuary in the Country Club neighborhood - features very functional outdoor spaces including 2 long ocean view decks easily accessed from the living/dining/kitchen area and master bedroom. A 2nd floor patio has a barbecue, an outdoor shower, comfortable seating for dining and lounging, and a sandbox for the kids.

You enter this home through the garage where there is a washer and dryer and a normal size refrigerator/freezer. To the left a door takes you to a room with a king bed, a comfortable futon, and a kitchenette with a microwave, a refrigerator and a sink.
To the right in the garage there is a full bath with a walk-in shower.

17 steps to the 2nd floor and to the right is a peek ocean view patio with comfortable seating, an outside dining table for 8, a large gas barbecue, a sandbox, and an outside shower.

To the left is a beautiful great room with a stunning modern kitchen that has everything you need to create meals and snacks for everyone, and a dining area with additional bench seating. Just beyond the kitchen is a full bath with a walk-in shower.

To the right of the dining area is a family room with a view and access to the 1st ocean facing deck with various chairs where you can bask in the view. With additional bench seating and a couch, this area is great for pre-or post meal connections, as right next to the couch is a high-top table with 2 stools - morning coffee anyone?

The living room has a long seating arrangement from which you can enjoy the view, the fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. An alcove beyond this room has access to the view deck.

Another 16 steps to the 3rd floor to the right is a twin over queen bunk bedroom with a view. It has an alcove with a couch and a large shared flat screen TV. Across the hallway is a queen bedroom, and a shared bath with a shower/tub combination.
Right off the staircase is the master king bedroom with ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower and closet, a flat screen TV, and French door access to the 3rd floor balcony view with a swinging chair for 2.

Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, air conditioning, 1 car garage parking with additional driveway parking. Pets are considered.
