Gulf-Front Condo w/ Balcony, Beach Access & Shared Hot Tubs/Pools/Tennis
Boasting a prime location right on the Florida/Alabama state line, there are plenty of restaurants across the street and the famous Florabama next door! The warmth of the sunshine right outside your balcony door is reflected in the tropical tones of the decor. Not only does your living area adjoin the large balcony so does your primary bedroom. This retreat has been recently renovated with new tile and carpet floors, and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. There is an extra refrigerator and a washer/dryer in the utility room. The condo is located on the third floor, right next to the parking garage for easy access. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom, queen beds in the two other bedrooms, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. A new high-speed internet system has been installed with WiFi and direct connections. Phoenix X features excellent amenities with a new outdoor pool/patio area with several grills, an indoor pool, saunas, whirlpools, and a well-equipped workout room.

Parking notes: Parking Passes and Amenities Wristbands are purchased from the HOA desk when you arrive at Phoenix X. One-bedroom units are limited to 1 pass, while all other units are limited to 2 passes. Guests requiring more than 2 Passes should call ahead prior to your arrival to check on the availability of additional parking. Please note, the cost of parking passes is set by the Phoenix X HOA and is subject to change without notice. As of 4/13/22, parking passes have gone up the charge is 53.10 plus tax which is 60.00 each.

The view was great. Refrigerator worked great. AC a was great.
The dishes were dirty. Pretty much had to clean everything before we used it. The actual unit was a 2.5 at best for cleanliness. Needs more kitchen towels. Needs a decent coffee pot.

Beautiful views of the ocean, spacious rooms and kitchen area. Wonderful inside and outside pool and workout room. The only problem was we did NOT want leave!!! Lol!! Amazing property…

The condo was nice with nice lines…the only complaint was there was anew shower curtain with a mill-dewed liner. Other than that .. no complaints!

I loved the location of this condo. So convenient being able to park in parking garage on same level as condo. I could see my vehicle from this unit! It was the first unit from the parking garage. Also loved being able to walk across the street for Yacht Club and Waffle House and next door for FloraBama. We walked from the Phoenix to Florabama for Sunrise Service on the Beach. The condo itself had plenty of room. Air worked great. The shower curtain in master bath had a lot of mold on bottom. Other than that, no complaints on the condo itself. Check in was very easy. The only thing I really wanted to complain about is the parking pass price. It did say parking passes purchased on site on app but geeze, $120 for 2 parking passes. I was told that parking would have been included if I had booked through Brett-Robinson vacation rentals which was the company on site.

Everything was just like it was advertised.
Only thing I did not care for is that we had to pay 180 for 3 parking passes.

Just returned from staying 1 month in this condo. Upon arrival first thing that you see is the rusty front door. Then upon entering we notice the peephole was missing completely. Floor tiles were loose and mismatched, items just thrown into kitchen cabinets; dirty dishes; dishwasher not even attached to cabinet (fixed);toilet broke (fixed); bathtub drains clogged (fixed); closet doors not attached (fixed);bathroom exhaust didn’t work; furniture old and dirty (cleaned while we were there) ; half painted doors; half painted molding.
