Located in the gated boutique community of Grace Point, 9 Honor Lane is a lovely five-bedroom home in an ideal location— on the south side of 30A, surrounded by beautiful Cape Cod-inspired homes, cobblestone streets, and next door to The Hub, 30A's ultimate gathering spot. This home is easy to fall in love with for so many reasons, yet the best part about 9 Honor Lane has to be the stunning sunrises and sunsets which you'll enjoy daily from a second-floor balcony and a rooftop deck with panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding dunes!
Upon entering the home, you are welcomed by a large open living area with high ceilings featuring salvaged wood beams and huge windows that let in plenty of natural light all day. The open kitchen features a Wolf oven/range, a Sub-zero fridge/freezer, and tons of storage, so you will have no trouble whipping up tasty meals for the whole family after full days at the beach. The living area overlooks a pool that can be heated during cooler months. Beyond the pool is a large gas-powered grill for all of your cookout needs. The first floor contains the (ensuite) primary bedroom as well as a half bath off the entryway for guests.
Off the living area is the entry foyer, which features a full-size washing machine and dryer, plus a sink for post-beach clean-up. You will find a shower outside for rinsing off after a day at the beach. You can park one car in the driveway and find additional parking on the street.
Upstairs, the second floor features three ensuite king bedrooms plus a bunk room that sleeps two and has its own bathroom. There's a second-floor common area that opens onto a balcony that's perfect for your morning coffee, plus an adjacent sitting area with a desk that's perfect for work while you're here.
The home features Sonos-controlled speakers throughout, plus a portable Sonos 1 speaker to use wherever you like. The third-floor landing features a foosball table. From there, a spiral staircase takes you up to the fourth-floor crow's nest. It's a spacious balcony with comfortable outdoor seating and panoramic views of 30A.
The house sits directly on one of Grace Point's numerous common spaces—a pristine lawn perfect for throwing the football, playing outdoor games, or lounging in your beach chairs. Just outside the Grace Point front gate, 30A's famous Timpoochee Trail runs the length of 30A. The Hub is to the right and features a number of casual restaurants and shops surrounding an indoor/outdoor social venue with tons of seating and TVs—including a giant screen perfect for the weekend's big games. Seaside is to the west, and Alys and Rosemary are to the east—all of which are an easy bike ride away. There are numerous beach access points in either direction along 30A.
