• For a $125 per rental period Rental Amenity Fee, renters will receive four wristbands and two access fobs. Wristbands must be worn at all times during use of the amenities by everyone over the age of four. Additional wristbands may be purchased by renters for $50 per back, not to exceed the published occupancy of the unit. There is a $100 replacement fee for each lost or unreturned rental fob and a $50 replacement fee for lost or unreturned wristbands. Guests must return the registration form to access amenities.
• Last-minute rentals: Reservations made within 22 days of arrival will not have access to the community amenities.

• 4 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: One spot is available in the driveway. The garage is not available for parking. Additional parking is available on side roads in the development.
