Serenity Hills was a perfect fit for our long weekend away. The cabin was the perfect size for our party of 5 adults. Everything was clean and pretty well maintained. The wifi service was surprisingly good, considering how tucked away the cabin is. The view of sunset was gorgeous, and you really feel like you are away from it all. We loved sitting on the front porch in the rockers. The drive up the mountain is a little thrilling, but the road is paved and the drive has VERY little traffic. We never met an oncoming car!

Nice but expensive

This house has an amazing location and view. The drive is an experience, but worth it. We had alittle trouble with the water, but management took care of everything immediately and was courteous and professional. The house has everything you need to spend time with family, hot tub, games, and movies. Very clean.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us!

The cabin was nice and clean and had a beautiful view! The road to the cabin is difficult and only accessible summer time with a 2 wheel drive but has an amazing setting!

Everything about the cabin was as good as (or better than) the description and photos. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs relaxing and looking at the fog roll into the mountains. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind any time of day but particularly nice after dark when we could look up at thousands of stars. We also want to complement VACASA for great service. We called them about 7:30 pm on our first full day at the cabin to tell them that the propane tank was empty in our grill and they had someone bring a full tank to us right away.

The only problem i encountered was a not so clean hot tub. The house was spotless and beautiful, but the hot tub needed some tlc. To pay extra for the tub and you have to clean before you get in, makes me feel like I've been ripped off slightly. Its not the owners fault. Its Vacasa. The cleanliness of the hot tub is very important. Vacasa, The hot tub cover needs detail. Moss or mold on back exterior. When you lift the lid it was dirt and oil where someone was sitting prior. I disinfected everything. After all that i got in the see bugs and dirt in the filter. I was instantly turned off. Vacasa, I expected more from you. When I seen this , it made me feel like your house keepers avoid changing sheets or will clean a dish with water and store it back in the cabinet
.. It just made me have a disgusted feeling especially with this covid 19.. Vacasa I'm usually happy with your service but not so much today.
Manager response:
We appreciate your review, Tanisha! We are incredibly sorry about the state of the hot tub and have followed-up with our housekeeping team regarding your experience and subsequent concerns. We hope the compensation offered shows our desire to care for our guests. Thank you for staying with us, and we do hope to see you again!

The View was GREAT I have never been to the mountains before so the fact that everyone got that view and the Experience of the terrifying heart racing drive up mountains lol was out of this world the house had absolutely everything we needed we didn’t even have to leave if we didn’t want to it was VERY CLEAN and well put together the personal touches were so sweet like the board games cards movies everything but the best part of all the icing on this grate cake was the hot tub I can’t wait to come back and visit again

We truly enjoyed the cabin, and our group of 8 found it to be more spacious than in the photos! We enjoyed the quiet and solitude that allowed us to take in the view from the hot tub. It was so close to the national park and cultural attractions in Cherokee and the surrounding area, and the location is much less built up and busy than the TN side of the park.

The setting for this cabin is just beautiful. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching the sun set

Beautiful and clean cabin with everything we needed...except would have loved for there to be window coverings on the bedroom glass door and front/back doors. Cabin is quite remote.
Manager response:
Stephen, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We will be sure to pass your suggestions regarding window coverings along to our local manager who will work with our homeowner to make necessary upgrades. We look forward to hosting you again!

The view of the mountains was great. Beautiful wrap around porch. Peace and quiet. And a great hot tub!

It was very clean and loved the peace and quiet! Only downside was the Wi-Fi wasn't working properly through the I-phone hot spot! Look like the phone was reseted and it needed a proper Apple ID to get it back working. Which we were okay with because we had our phones and got a good signal up at this location. But enjoyed our stay here!

House was great for birthday party for my mom. Plenty of room and weather was great.

The name says it all! The cabin was beautiful, the scenery breathtaking. We sat on the porch every night and listened to the sounds of nature while the kids played in the hot tub or watched for fireflies. We feed the birds and squirrels, so by the end of our trip, we had many happy visitors. There is also a lot to do in this area. Too much, in fact. We will need to return!
