We had our family Thanksgiving and this Townhouse was perfect for it. This home is also close to the main part if Ballard and is easy walking.

Travelled to Seattle with our 2 adult boys, this home was the perfect layout for all of us to have our own personal space. Location is perfect for walking to our favorite places in Ballard. Would definitely stay again!

The unit we stayed in was very clean and suited us well. It was great to have a garage because there is no other parking. The unit is in walking distance from market street.

Excellent location- we spent a whole day just in Ballard, mostly walking to good restaurants, interesting museums, the locks, breweries. The house is clean, spacious and has all the amenities; it could use some updating to make it shine!

Our family just returned from our stay at the Ballard Northwesterner. It was the perfect spot for us!!! Great Location... Comfy Beds... Warm, Cozy Atmoshphere... We highly recommend this Wonderful Ballard Home!!!

This is the 5th year we have stayed in the Northwestern condo in Ballard. The location is great - very walkable, the unit is spacious and well equipped and the management is excellent. The unit is always very clean and well maintained. Any small maintenance issues - ex. an overhead lightbulb that is out are addressed promptly. It has a great kitchen and is a wonderful place for our family and friends. We would plan to stay there again.

The home was nicely decorated and well set up for a great time. We brough our family and they loved being a new place for a bit. Ballard had so much to offer and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back again.

My family had a great time staying here. There were tons of restaurants and a grocery store within a few blocks. It helped us save money by stocking groceries in the house for the week. The home is very close to a few major bus routes so we were able to go downtown and to the zoo very easily. The house was described accurately and clean when we arrived. I would recommend staying here!

We stayed here with 7 people total for 4 nights. It was a little tight with someone sleeping on the pull out couch, but worked fine as we didn't spend much time in the house. The place was VERY clean! The furniture was updated and the kitchen well stocked. We had a car the first night and parking it in the garage was a little is a VERY small garage, you had to do it perfectly or one of the mirrors would hit the side! We did notice the neighbors car was parked in the driveway pretty much the whole time, it was never an issue for us but I could see it being a problem for someone with a car for their whole trip! The location is perfect, a lot of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance! About 20 minutes by car to the downtown area. UBERs were available at all times and places, we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a ride! The carpet in the first floor bedroom could use replacing...there were several noticeable stains and at the entrance to the bathroom there is no finished edge! I kept stepping on it and pricking my feet on the under carpet staples! Not great at 2am! Also, the hair dryer in the first floor bathroom is terrible...I think it might be older than I am and took 25 minutes to get my hair semi-dry. Overall though this was a fantastic find and we would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I, my daughter and son in law, visited Seattle for the first time (my son is a Ballard resident) and we stayed at the Northwestern. I was pleased to find that its location was ideal, near to my son's apartment and walking distance to all the Ballard restaurants and fun places to visit. It was clean and well stocked with needed items. We didn't cook much but the kitchen was roomy and bright and clean, with a large eating area. The bedrooms/ baths were comfy and clean. We used the back outside patio pretty much daily. Great visit !
