We booked this room for a friends wedding at Eastern Green. It was very easy to find when you aren’t familiar with the area. Condo was clean and had ALL the supplies we needed. Easy check in/out.

This was a cozy little room that was perfect for our stay. Very close walk to a lot of great restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach. Also a short walk to our access point for the beach. The staff was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back here again. Thanks!

Loved the location of this place! So many fun places to eat around this area. With that, I do need to say beware of bikes. I was hit by children on bicycles THREE times when I was walking as a pedestrian. Three times in 4 days. There is little to no regulation of who can ride/rent a bike and no parental supervision when children ride their bikes on the sidewalk along 30-A or around the village. I am still in shock that I was ran into by kids on bikes more than once on this short vacation and very disappointed that parents don’t supervise their children. If you plan to walk around during your beach vacation, I’m not if this is the place for you.

Wristbands are required for access to pool or beach. We were not given our wristbands until after two o'clock pm on our second day despite repeatedly requesting them. Customer service wait on hold times were frequently longer than 30 minutes and there is no local desk that you can walk up to and get service. I will never use Vacasa again.

Bed was comfortable, lots of space for two people. Good view of 30a from the second floor - no balcony, however. Kitchenette is well equipped with a two burner stove and full size fridge.

A few things in the room could have made it better. Did not feel room was adequately cleaned and some tissues and softer toilet paper would have improved things as well as a hair dryer which I had to go back to check in for, On the cleaning issue there were old pill capsules on floor and a half drunk water bottle on the window sill when I pulled up the blinds. Also no remote for the AC unit which is high on the wall over the bed so I had to stand on a chair to adjust it.
We're very sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. This issue occurred under a previous management company. Our local teams are working with that company to learn from feedback and fix any issues.
