Hours of fun will be curated in the family room complete with a foosball table, board games, an oversized sofa, and a large TV. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, a private washer/dryer, and central air conditioning.

After an adventurous day spent in the sun, end your evening with a barbecued meal, and a restful night's sleep, tucked under the plush linens in each of the bedrooms.

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• The 2023 fee for renter wristbands is $35 per person per week. They must be purchased and worn by all guests, six years and older, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
• Guests must use personal logins for streaming services. This unit is not equipped with cable.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
