• All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
• For a $125 per rental period Rental Amenity Fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and two access fobs. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the use of the amenities by everyone over the age of four. There is a $100 replacement fee for each lost or unreturned rental fob and a $50 replacement fee for lost or unreturned wristbands. Guests must return the registration form to access amenities.
