Parking notes: Seychelles parking rules: One parking pass is provided by Vacasa. It will be left in your unit on the counter. Please do not park on the FIRST FLOOR; due to handicap and owner parking. Park on the second and third floor. Guests may purchase a 2nd parking pass for $15 plus tax, valid for their entire stay year round except for restricted stay dates. These dates are set by the HOA and are subject to change.
Parking passes are restricted to ONE (1) per unit during the following periods—

This place was nice and quite. Non smoking. It was very clean and smelt wonderful. Nice to not have to deal with front desk to check in and check out. You are able to do it all via phone. Kids loved it and the view is amazing. Will definitely book with vacasa again.

This was such an enjoyable stay. Clean, comfortable and decorated in a calm and comforting style. We felt very comfortable, safe and at home here. I would definitely recommend and stay again. The view was awesome and looked straight out to the beach. Awesome location.

I love the location of Seychelles. Beautiful beaches. Great pool area. The room itself was a little run down from the previous year. I’ve stayed there several times before in the same room, but this year the ceiling was peeling, the couch and carpet was stained, and we found a few bugs.

The room was very clean. However we had to get a new toilet seat. It was broken in one of the restrooms. It’s wasn’t a problem they fixed it in the same day we reported that issue. I would say the coffee maker needs to be updated to the k pods. We will definitely go back again.

I honestly couldn’t find anything wrong at all. The hotel was right on the beach next to a bar. Definitely on the quiet end of pcb. The Vacasa staff was very nice and answered all our questions. Most importantly it was very clean! I mean spotless and it felt like home. The bathrooms and the lobby always smelled fresh and there wasn’t trash all in the parking lot either. Also love the self check in and not having the mess with waiting in a line in the lobby! We will definitely stay here every year from now on and recommending to everyone. 🙂

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend. We were pleasantly surprised with what was offered for the price as well as how clean the condo and grounds were. The options for eating places nearby were perfect and we were very pleased with our view. All in all, it was a perfect weekend get away!

The condo was so beautiful from the decor to the view of the beach. The most amazing and colorful sunsets could be seen from the balcony. Perfect view of the waves, sky, and beach. The queen size bed was super comfy. Only problem we had was trying to get the TV in the bunks and living room to work. But I’m sure that was an operator issue. 😂
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this room again for our next visit to Florida.

We loved our place. It was perfect for our weekend get away. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because one of our bath tubs didn’t drain well, and the dryer took 3 hours to dry one small load of laundry. Other than that it was wonderful. ☺️

We loved privacy curtains over the bunks for our teenagers. It gave some a sense of privacy. Also, loved the fact there are plenty of hooks to hang out things on.
The condo felt very comfortable and met our needs as a family of four.

We thoroughly enjoyed spending 3 nights in this unit! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed as well as towels and linens. Parking at Seychelles is easy and the elevators were always super fast! The only drawback is the pool area. I found it very small and not appealing. For our stay this wasn’t an issue because the ocean was beautiful the whole time! We enjoyed walking next door to Schooners also!

I stayed at unit 1003 for 2 months (April-May 2021) and these were the happiest months in my life ! The view is just breathtaking!! You can hear the ocean whenever you open the balcony door. The unit is very beautiful and stylish. Quality furniture, great design. The place overall has very good vibes. Great location, very helpful personnel at Vacasa office, friendly and helpful maintenance personnel. I was very happy there. I highly recommend staying at Seychelles unit 1003.

Everything was fine..just needed a few things to clean with..I went and bought things to leave place as it was when I came..xtra blankets in closet coulda been cleaner but all in all I would go there again..

We booked very late for a one week vacation using VACASA. I have never used them before and was somewhat apprehensive. However, everything went very well. The booking was made over the phone and within minutes I had received an email confirming the unit. All the information for door codes, wifi, parking garage codes etc. was included. Unit 1003 was as pictured. A nice comfortable unit, great a/c, good water pressure and bed was really nice to sleep in. The unit was clean but a bit dated. Example, older appliances, small washer/dryer, no garbage disposal. None of these is a deal breaker. On the plus side, great view, quick elevators, quite complex, nice smart tv, newer towels and comfortable balcony furniture. What more do you need? The entire visit I was receiving texts and emails from VACASA making sure everything was ok. They even have an office located at Seychelles. I would not hesitate to recommend both the unit and the management company.

The room was clean upon arrival and I frequently saw staff of the resort spraying down high touch areas while there. It would be nice if the kitchen had a dish towel and maybe something to crack crab claws with since we didn't dine in restaurants while visiting. Other than that, the room had all we needed to prepare meals in the room. They had a beginning supply of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and some cleaning supplies that came in handy.

I had a great time at Seychelles 1003. My 3 daughters have an annual beach trip each year. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed comfortable. Nicely decorated. The only reason I deducted a star is need another comfortable chair in the living room. The dining chairs are not comfortable to relax in. I would also shampoo the carpets. The felt sticky. Other than that very nice. My daughter has it reserved for later this year. My granddaughter owns 1004 so it was very convenient being right next door. Thanks for the use of your home.

This unit was perfect! It was located on the 10th floor, so not too high up. There was plenty of room for my family of 4. It had everything we needed. Very clean. The decor was beautiful. The view was even better! I would definitely stay here again.
