This house is an a great location and is excellently maintained. It was the perfect home base for our weekend in Ocean City. The house is located on a quiet side street so you don't get too much noise. The porch also backs up onto a beautiful canal and is great for grilling and eating outside. The house exceeded expectations and I highly recommend.

These pictures don't do justice! The house is very clean and new! Very quiet side street with plenty of parking! Bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious! The back deck and yard is where we spent most of our time! Grill and washer/dryer on the property are a huge plus too!

Two issues must be addressed. 1. The TV requires a log In through your personal cable account in order to deliver real time programming on the major network channels. My guests and I wanted to watch the NCAA Men's basketball tournament and switch between the games. This wasn't possible until I registered on my Xfinity account and input an access code. What happened to good old cable that allows for real time access and channel surfing? This remote was colorful and included buttons for hulu and roku (the name for the TV as well) but using it was no child's play. In addition, there weren't crank handles on any of the window (something that may be different in the on season) so we couldn't get any fresh air without opening a door. Otherwise the place is quite nice and very livable. We left it in better condition than how we found it and I would go back to stay, especially in season
