The property was very nice , clean , however when I looked up this property I specifically looked for a place that had a dock . My husband has knee replacement and therefore we wanted a place where we could just walk to the dock and enjoy some fishing and the water . Well because it advertised a dock I booked it . Upon arrival everything was great and once we got outdoors to where water is the Dock is broken , half is in the water . This made our trip uncomfortable since he doesn’t like to fish from the banks. . This trip was meant that we wouldn’t have to go fish elsewhere where possibly we either had steep places or far walk to fish. It’s beautiful , I wish someone had mentioned that dock was broken and I would’ve looked at other places. I’m not real sure about the 100$ fee. Finders fee , no one helped or talked with me about this property. Again , it’s very nice but it’s misleading . I’ve got other people asking about this property that we stayed at , I have to be truthful with them , I don’t want to mislead them . It’s awesome to be in one place and be able to do some fishing . Hope you understand . All in all it’s beautiful
