Classic house with shared pools, resort amenities, & prime location

Get the whole group together for a sun-soaked, fun-filled getaway to this family-friendly Rosemary Beach house. Boasting access to several community pools, tons of on-site amenities, and classic beachy charm, this is the ideal spot for your next seaside retreat.

This inviting home puts you less than half a mile to the sugar-sand beaches and surrounds you with every amenities you'll need for a stress-free stay. During the summer months there's a tram that runs to and from the beach.

Walk past the pristine white columns on the porch and into the bright and cheery main living area. Put your feet up on the vibrant blue couch while you catch up with your favorite cable channels on the flatscreen TV. While the private washer/dryer does the laundry, you can take some time with a good book in the refreshing central A/C.

Step out onto the patio with a cold brew or two, and connect to the WiFi to stream some tunes. Head upstairs to the balcony to take in the views and maybe send your friends a picture to make them jealous. Fire up the gas BBQ to grill up a fresh catch from the nearby seafood store.

Get to work on the main dish in the upgraded kitchen, and keep your crew fueled up and on the go. With custom stone counters, a modern style, and a microwave to heat up leftovers in a snap, cooking for your guests will be a piece of cake. There's seating at the breakfast bar and the classic wooden dining room table. Let the dishwasher take care of cleanup while you and your special someone take a stroll through the community or watch the sun set from the beach.

When it's time to retire, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom home will host up to 10 guests in comfort and style. In the master bedroom on the second floor, you'll be greeted by a rejuvenating king-size bed and private en suite complete with soaking tub. Also on the second floor is the second bedroom, with a king-size bed as well as access to another full bathroom from the hallway.

The third room, on the first floor, has two sets of twin-over-double bunk beds making it the perfect spot for your youngsters to hang out. Head upstairs to the third floor to find a bonus sleeping space, complete with a queen-size sofabed, a TV, and access to a deck.

Take a day to simply unwind by one of the outdoor pools and let the stress melt away. Explore the quiet neighborhood, then swing by the nearby fish market to find the perfect catch for dinner. Hit the nearby golf course to enjoy an afternoon of driving down the lush fairways and avoid the well-placed hazards.

Let the waves crash at your feet as you walk along the beach, or get out on the waves with an adrenaline-pumping jet ski or maybe something a little slower like a stand-up paddleboard. Check out the local shopping, and then treat everyone to a night out at La Cocina Mexican Grill for a plate of piping hot fajitas and ice-cold margaritas.

If you're planning a group getaway or family retreat, or looking for the perfect spot for a few couples to enjoy, this Florida home provides the perfect spot to dive into all of the relaxation and seaside action.

This home was absolutely beautiful-- as was the neighborhood it was in. Sooo close to the beach and the giant pool where we spent most of our time. The easily accessible tram that took us to both places was definitely a perk! We had a very large group of people in our party, and this house slept and housed all of us very comfortably for the price. Would 100% recommend this location to friends and family!

We had a very difficult time the first few days with getting ahold of someone. No bikes were available for use until the 3rd day of our stay, when I FINALLY got ahold of someone who could fix that. The lockbox did not have the key to back/side doors so we had to use the front door for the first 3 days until a locksmith could come and make us a new key. There was mold in the master tub jets and water damage on the ceilings of the kitchen and master bath as well. The house was nice and had a good location, but Vacasa did a poor job of answering the two above problems... One of which was a safety concern because there was only one available escape exit (front door) despite my calls on the first, second, and third days. We were minimally compensated for these problems, in which I do appreciate the gesture. However... the time wasted with over 20 phone calls will detour us away from staying here again.
Manager response:
We appreciate the guests feedback. The owners parents had accidentally locked a deadbolt that never gets locked, our local staff brought out a locksmith to unlock it as soon as they could. The second door is located roughly 5 feet from the locked door, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

I absolutely loved this property! It was a great house for our group, and Seacrest has everything you would need. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Could not get code to unlock bikesand key access to unlock door to access back parking and door to deck.
Called customer service but they were clueless. Sounds like they're from out of state.

House was great otherwise.

This could be a very cute house but unfortunaly the attention to detail has been missed. When we arrived at 4 for check in the property had not been cleaned. It took multiple try to get someone out to clean. Finally, a guy who was not the original person responsible for cleaning this unit showed up with his teenagers. He was very nice and the most helpful. The property manager basically blew us off and was very unhelpful. Never had wifi, multiple lightbulbs out all over the house, dryer doesn't work properly, the key in lock box does not work on any door on the property, the bike combinations do not work. Like I said above, this property has great potential and if I was the owner I would be shopping for better management.
Manager response:
We are very sorry this guest encountered these issues while staying at Good Times. Vacasa has taken the appropriate steps to hire more professionally trained housekeeping employees to better navigate a busy, summer weekend. Unfortunately, there was an error in scheduling which resulted in a late clean. This is an isolated event and has been taken care of with extra processes in place, including thorough inspections as well as post arrival calls to ensure our guests are happy. All of the appliances, including washer/dryer, have been replaced with new ones while the owner was recently here. The keyless entry lock has a specialty cylinder that is covered up until a lock out occurs. This back up key box had a hard key for the hidden cylinder located on this front door. The WIFI was been repaired and new locks have been installed on the bicycles.

Beautiful house! Will hopefully be back!

The property was ok. The pool was awesome. The management was not very good. I have never spent so much time on the phone getting things taken care of. The fact that management is in Oregon isn't helpful. Would not rent from them again.
Manager response:
Vacasa does have a call center located in Portland, but we do have local management available to assist our guests. Thank you!
