THINGS TO KNOW
Beach service is provided from mid-March through Labor Day. It includes two chairs and one umbrella.
Due to high occupancy along 30A and an overload within the South Walton county system broadband, you may experience sporadic outages or poor connections (this is most likely due to capacity in the county).
All guests, including the person making the reservation, must be 25 years or older to book for the month of March.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Parking notes: Parking is located in front of building. Parking spaces limited to two vehicles. RV's, boats and trailers are prohibited. Any electrical charging of any kind is prohibited.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

We love the location, the design, the beach and its privacy. We love 30A and everything on it. The one thing keeping it from 5 stars is the tv or rather the cable company. The channel guide doesn’t match what you see.

The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. It’s right outside the patio. Unit is well stocked. Parking is easy. 2 chairs and umbrella are set up between 7 -7 daily. Will definitely stay here again.

Walking in and looking through the home and seeing the Gulf so close was a joyful experience! This little vacation is one of the best we've taken. The reserved beach chairs was a nice surprise as well. I highly recommend this property if you just want to chill on the beach and have the convenience of just walking out the door and BOOM! there you are.
Easy check in and check out. Clean home with all the needs to live there for a weekend or a month! We plan to book this place again.

It’s perfect for two people to get away and relax. The beach is just steps away and with chairs and umbrella. Good food and shopping are just a walk away or a short drive. Even bike rental is around the corner. We’ll be back.

Can’t beat the view. Yards from the ocean. Close to shops and restaurants. The 1st floor, 1 bedroom townhouse was a home away from home. Well equipped kitchen. My only complaint is there was long black hair on the bathroom floor and the linens on the pullout couch were visibly dirty.

The home is just perfect for an outstanding vacation on the beach (we were 2 of us plus a toddler). Every single item in the home is in harmony with the entire home and with the amazing landscape you can enjoy looking out. I can't think of a single aspect I would regret. Best vacation ever.

We loved the location and apartment. We knew we’d love the location but the listing did not do this unit justice. It has a great bathroom and is more spacious than assumed. There was an overly nosey neighbor but the actual place was amazing. Thank you for having us!

This was one of the nicest cleanest places we've ever stayed at and had all the amenities we needed BUT no internet! Vacasa was very responsive and sent someone to check it out but it seems it is due to the owner not having the strongest internet available. So if you don't need internet access for work or streaming it is perfect. Otherwise you'll need to look on.

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! Perfect location, amazing views, comfortable atmosphere. The only complaint we have (and it’s not a true complaint) was that I had some work to do remotely while I was there and there was no internet in the condo. There was WiFi, but we had no internet which made my work very difficult to accomplish.
