The 23-acre Sanctuary by the Sea is a gulf-front property in Santa Rosa Beach, with pristine grounds that include three pools, two hot tubs, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a well-appointed gym, a virtual golf facility, and a theater room. You can take a kayak or a canoe out on the lake, take advantage of seasonal beach service on the sand, or wander 100 yards north to explore beautiful Grayton Beach State Park. The unique community of Grayton Beach is less than two miles east, Seagrove Beach is four miles east, and lovely Alys Beach is only 12 miles beyond.

• Reservations between March and October include beach service.
• Free rentals of DVDs and free seasonal rentals of two bikes and a kayak (one hour).
• The complex is currently undergoing construction and the Clubhouse pool is closed until repairs are completed.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• This rental is located on floor 2.
• Parking notes: Parking: Covered. No boats, trailers, RVs, golf carts, or jet skis. Please have your registration form filled out prior to arrival to the property. If you do not have this registration sheet, please contact our local office at 850-267-6980. Parking passes are retrieved from security at front gate.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
